It always amazes me when humans decides to get of their butts and do something. We can be so creative when we choose to. Sitting and thinking about a build is one thing, but unfortunately, that's usually as far as many of us get. When we get off our butts and put those thoughts into motion, our creativity is infinite. Very well done.
This is a very brilliant idea well done. It is money saving invention for guys who have passion for woodwork but don't have money to buy tools. This video has made my day. Thank you very much for guys like this. Sipho Bulunga from Katlehong
I have just discovered your channel and watched several videos. I have to say, your ingenuity and simplistic design of your homemade machines is genius and a joy to watch. It shows that even if you can't afford all the big fancy machines, you can still get them with a little thought. I'll definitely be copying some of your ideas for my shop. Thanks and keep up the good work.
Great video. The first one of its kind that I’ve seen. After watching this one, I found many others like it but kept coming back to this design cuz it doesn’t require industrial shop tools to build. Thank you for the inspiration! I’ve finally completed my version of this concepts and modified it to be incorporated into a rolling workbench with a flip-top expansion lid to double my work space. It was so much fun to apply a little reverse engineering to create solutions to challenges. My next step is to create an incorporated dust collection system to help with all the sawdust this monster’s gonna produce 😎 I did miss a few details on your build that I wish I hadn’t. First, the top should be a double-thick plywood...a smooth finish on top with standard grade for the underneath. Also, the side disc sander assembly is trickier than it looks due to the critical importance of balance and alignment...but that just took a little trial and error to work out the bugs. I look forward to using my 4 in 1 to creating many more of your projects and upgrading mine with some T-Tracking, and the other add-ons you’ve made videos for. Thanks again! Very good video!
Of all the 1000's of videos I have ever seen on You-Tube this is one of the best, and I will save it for my sons and gran-sons.............. I will thumbs up every good comment here.....
I think it’s a great idea. For everyone asking about dimensions. It’s just a basic box design you can make it as big or as little as you like just depends on the size of your projects.
FOR THE PEOPLE WHO ARE TRYING TO BELITTLE THE MATERIAL USED HERE; SO, THIS IS WHAT I SAY: This project is for the people who have not the necessary means to build a posh one! Here, the most important thing is, THE IDEA ITSELF! What's bothering you guys? DO YOU HAVE A SECRET AGENDA, or ARE YOU JUST JEALOUS? If you want and have the necessary means then you can build a gadget from the steel material to your own personal taste!!! Or is it JUST SOUR GRAPES? YOU ARE SUCH A DIVA!!!
Mate I am from Pakistan and I watched your video mate the way you made this workstation it's amazing please keep downloading the good videos like that I also subscribed your channel too today:-)
Brilliant. You could easily add some Internal sound proofing to the box. Important for working regularly in built up areas. A safety guard could also easily be added for the circular saw. And a fence for the router. All in all, an excellent idea, makes you wonder why a big manufacturing company have not picked up on it. Its a must for DIY enthusiasts with limited space Up there with the Brit that invented the Black and Decker workmate in the sixties now copied by many. Well done.
Wow. I like it. I might build one as I am short with space. The only change I would is the switch. Everything else looks great. I am impressed.Thank you.
I've always wanted to watch the video of the table saw origins. I've gotten through so many of your videos and I finally took the "Way Back Machine" . SO glad I found this video. It was GREAT! It's got me thinking about integrating my cabinet Table Saw from Grizzly into an integrated table like this! And LOVE your switch specific power strip! I want to see if there is something like that here in the US for less than a million dollars 🙂 Thanks again for all your fantastic videos!
Looks good for light house jobs, however, you need to drill holes in that box for air circulation in order for the machines to cool off. good start...be safe
Ok......I think that ALMOST EVERYONE that was interested in this video obviously are not professional or industrial level carpenters!! I mean, think about it you Mr Know-it-all, for somebody that has industrial needs OBVIOUSLY are not going to be looking for "how to build 4 in 1 workshop" videos!!......most of the ones interested in this videos are amateurs trying to start a hobby doing small wood projects on the weekends in their houses....so lighten up! If you think you can make this better, well, do your own video and show us your "expertise" in this craft......make a "how to build a 4 in 1 industrial supercharged and super powerful workshop" with big holes all over the box for your heavy machinery that you pretty sure are going to install in your version of this thing.....if you are not going to do anything, well, I suggest you don't comment and go to the next video, with all do respect Sir. Thanks
@@nayosilver636 He was just giving advice... o.O While we're on the topic, since the box is fully closed i'd also add some improvised dust collector, otherwise the machines will keep "breathing" the saw dust...
@@nayosilver636 cheer up a little I just don't want him to lose his machine by overheating or so, and I've owned a construction company before and I'm retired now but just watching video for fun and to teach others like your self about their mistakes in order to improve their project for free; with all respect also sir.
@@samzarzar579 ....well, if you put it this way, I think you are right then.....now let's just hope that Mr Gokuman or whatever this guys name is, pay attention to your comment, if not, soon he'll be having a Bar-B-Q under the lid of that box.
Does the sawdust fall into your circular saw and get sucked up into all of the electric motors? how do you keep the sawdust from damaging the motors? Maybe a built-in vacuum to suck the sawdust up out of the box? Maybe remove all unnecessary parts of the floor of the box so the air in the box is clean and clear?
Hello, I have been following you for a few years and I must say that you have excellent manual skills in working with wood! All my Congratulations! This project has been my thought for a long time and with this realization you have given me other ideas to optimize it again! Thanks and Good Job!

You have incredible precision when cutting and fitting those boards manually. Im really impressed. Good work.
A very good build, works well, everything is accessable, 4 castors and its perfect , thanks for posting from Garry in the UK
Золотые руки и светлая голова ! Браво !!
Ingenious and spectacular work.
I’ve got 3 sheets of 3/4” sanded plywood and I just started the project for a saw and routers.
