Techno died having a good impression of everyone around him, without witnessing the issue that rose from Wilbur, and the gradual decline of the DreamSMP and its members. It's no way worth his life, but he left with his mind at ease- without worrying too much what will happen to his close friends.

While I can agree that the DreamSMP was pretty influential, you gotta always give props to the biggest minecraft server ever: Hypixel. Some of the server's biggest members would never be known if it wasn't for Hypixel(like tommy and techno)
George was accused of SA, and the person who outed him has changed her story multiple times, contradicting herself and then left when people started calling her out.
I have zero knowledge on the lore of this server, so the introduction of the members and notable things they did on the server sounds completely insane to me
huge props for your dedication and research. ive never seen any of these topics covered so objectively and thoroughly. i was a huge fan of the dream smp at its prime time and after i stopped really following the creators i had no idea what was going on anymore. your hard work doesnt go unappreciated, amazing effort
Whats crazy is that purpled went to my school, He graduated when I was a freshman. It was pretty cool learning that, Though I've never been a huge fan of the dreamsmp I can respect that he's a great person to look up too for younger Minecraft players.

as horrible as the end of the smp came to, i am really grateful for what it brought me and my friends. i wouldn't have ever met my friends had it not been for a little event called "the dream smp prom", or something like that. it was also such a fun thing to follow, it really blows everything ended in a heap of fire.

I never really was in to DSMP but I had a friend who was, and I remember talking about techno with her, she’d give me updates about him, his health, etc. But I distinctly remember being alone, sitting at my computer on TH-cam and seeing his final video. I cried so hard over a man I didn’t know, whose videos I didn’t watch, but he was around my age, and hearing that everyone thought he was getting better only for him to pass away, just shook me. I donated then when I found out about his passing. I can only wish his friends and family peace and that we cure cancer. Technoblade never dies
As a way to remember Technoblade and keep his legacy going I have been cooking up a DnD character in memory of how Techno portrayed his character in the DSMP, I only hope I can remember enough Sun Tzu quotes for the whole campaign.
I will never forget Techno and what he's done for millions of people. After he passed away I detached myself from any and all MCYT content because I was so heartbroken. Im glad to see that even years later he hasn't been forgotten and continues to bring positive change to our community just through his legacy. Rest in Peace Techno, Thank you for everything.
I did the same. I, to this day, have almost no clue how the dsmp ended. It was so hard trying to watch mcyt content after he passed knowing he wasn’t with us anymore

Same, I was already slowing stoping watching the DSMP but the death made that happen faster. I’ve came back to watch MCYT in the form of Hermitcraft/life series. Many tributes and references are made in this wonderful community and it’s so heartwarming to see the impact that techno had. RIP techno ❤🕊️
Techno's part being the last one was a smart contrast to the rest of the video, it really brightened my mood. Recounting all of the things he did, especially listening to Techno's mom's statement and hearing Technodad's voice again, it really made me smile. Whatever Techno's doing up in heaven, be it fighting god himself or playing party games where he steals presents from orphans, I hope he has fun. Rest in peace Technoblade, you will always be missed👑🕊️
I was at school when I watched ‘so long nerds’. I remember staring at my phone screen and just bursting into tears, then going to my best friend at the time and crying into her arms. I cried the entire day. RIP Technoblade. o7

i have never actually heard that audio clip of him knowing his death will have happened, having been in dsmp community for so long and now that i’m out of it. it still broke me and im crying as i write this. techno meant so much to me and my friends during lockdown im heartbroken ill never get to thank him for it
Honestly this video was such a rollercoaster, the trust and affinity we all had to certain youtubers from the SMP. Though my favorite part of this video was definitely Technoblade's farewell, watching it brought tears once again especially when we remember that Philza built a memorial for him,all the videos with Technoblade while some compilations of them are still around but god Tommy's 2 videos are heartbreaking but for our Blood God, we must believe and trust and goodbyes are not forever, he has his very own kingdom now and lives eternally to achieve new goals and as for Willbur being back lashed with justice, i hope he goes further down the well. Utterly a despicable person as i hope life will be more severe to him for his doings, i can't even imagine how bad and traumatizing this must've been for the victims but i am more than glad Technoblade had the chance to only have good memories instead of bad one and that Willbur's victims are healing and free from this pain.
Something I will say in defense of Caiti is, as a survivor, traumatic events are very hard to fully recall accurately and sometimes memories are suppressed for a period of time. And ger being intoxicated This fact is constantly weaponised against victims everywhere and used to make our stories seem false. I personally forgot a lot of the details of my trauma for half a year until a popular creator got outed for grooming and I daw similarities in what my abuser and he did. Six months. So please, remember that Caiti giving a different story isn't evidence in of itself that she's lying because this is an incredibly common occurrence among sexual abuse survivors.
THANK YOU!!! The amount of people discrediting her for that reason and because she went back after the incident is so sad to see. Even IF she is lying, many people have similar experiences. Plus she was drunk it's a very common thing to forget events while you're drunk even if the events took place before drinking. It seems like the people bashing her are people who have never drank in their life.

i played hunger games minecraft on this random server a lot in 2020 and ItsAlyssa was always playing. I realized she’s apart of the DreamSMP and she added me back as a friend and played a few rounds with me😭❤️ she was literally the sweetest ever it really touched my 14 y/o heart
Callahan was also I'm pretty sure mute (selectively) which is why he never spoke and only typed in chat, I remember he was pretty silly for his time on the server.
And THIS is why you don't take personal and private problems to social media instead of talking in person!!! Unless the other person is genuinely unsafe to be around and/or has made themselves completely unreachable otherwise, taking drama to social media just gets messy and is very unintelligent and immature. So UNLESS you cannot talk things out in person and/or the other party is actually too unstable to try and be around like that and healthy communication is obviously unachievable, keep your personal and private drama, personal and private.

Also, including that she, technically, ended up doxxing Quackity, having the risk to get Swatted. So was clear what her true intentions were and what kind of person she was. Also, with reference to Solidaire, they lost their credibility and professionalism after speaking that others creators of the server were sending harrasment toward their "victims" and getting doxxed, which, in reality, they were sending their support to Quackity, worried about him and the risk of him being Swatted, perfect example being Missa, how just expressed his concern for his friend, finding him more depressed and scared, just to calling out that; Lea was the one that open the possibility of Quackity getting doxxed. even if it was through some clips, i am one of the few brazilians which watched DSMP before the QSMP, it was surely an blast to watch it all (specially DSMP quackity), currently here on the brazilian community of minecraft, the SMPs are more popular now thanks to QSMP (the biggest brazilian SMP right now is arkanis which was created by pac from the now finished tazercraft duo, the SMP has an nice lore and structure and is supported by Twitch, hopefully nothing wrong happens here)

I never really was in to DSMP but I had a friend who was, and I remember talking about techno with her, she’d give me updates about him, his health, etc. But I distinctly remember being alone, sitting at my computer on TH-cam and seeing his final video. I cried so hard over a man I didn’t know, whose videos I didn’t watch, but he was around my age, and hearing that everyone thought he was getting better only for him to pass away, just shook me. I donated then when I found out about his passing. I can only wish his friends and family peace and that we cure cancer. Technoblade never dies

As a way to remember Technoblade and keep his legacy going I have been cooking up a DnD character in memory of how Techno portrayed his character in the DSMP, I only hope I can remember enough Sun Tzu quotes for the whole campaign.
I will never forget Techno and what he's done for millions of people. After he passed away I detached myself from any and all MCYT content because I was so heartbroken. Im glad to see that even years later he hasn't been forgotten and continues to bring positive change to our community just through his legacy. Rest in Peace Techno, Thank you for everything.

Same, I was already slowing stoping watching the DSMP but the death made that happen faster. I’ve came back to watch MCYT in the form of Hermitcraft/life series. Many tributes and references are made in this wonderful community and it’s so heartwarming to see the impact that techno had. RIP techno ❤🕊️
Techno's part being the last one was a smart contrast to the rest of the video, it really brightened my mood. Recounting all of the things he did, especially listening to Techno's mom's statement and hearing Technodad's voice again, it really made me smile.
Whatever Techno's doing up in heaven, be it fighting god himself or playing party games where he steals presents from orphans, I hope he has fun. Rest in peace Technoblade, you will always be missed👑🕊️

Honestly this video was such a rollercoaster, the trust and affinity we all had to certain youtubers from the SMP. Though my favorite part of this video was definitely Technoblade's farewell, watching it brought tears once again especially when we remember that Philza built a memorial for him,all the videos with Technoblade while some compilations of them are still around but god Tommy's 2 videos are heartbreaking but for our Blood God, we must believe and trust and goodbyes are not forever, he has his very own kingdom now and lives eternally to achieve new goals and as for Willbur being back lashed with justice, i hope he goes further down the well. Utterly a despicable person as i hope life will be more severe to him for his doings, i can't even imagine how bad and traumatizing this must've been for the victims but i am more than glad Technoblade had the chance to only have good memories instead of bad one and that Willbur's victims are healing and free from this pain.

Something I will say in defense of Caiti is, as a survivor, traumatic events are very hard to fully recall accurately and sometimes memories are suppressed for a period of time. And ger being intoxicated
This fact is constantly weaponised against victims everywhere and used to make our stories seem false.
I personally forgot a lot of the details of my trauma for half a year until a popular creator got outed for grooming and I daw similarities in what my abuser and he did.

So please, remember that Caiti giving a different story isn't evidence in of itself that she's lying because this is an incredibly common occurrence among sexual abuse survivors.
