When peeling garlic, smash it with the back of a spoon, it will be easier to peel, or you can put it in a jar with a lid and shake it

I boil the water with salt, then when it starts to boil, I put the noodle in. When it is soft and smooth, I take it out.

Next time it is pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F and cook for 30-35 total. Just a tip if you don't like feta cheese the sourness then try boursin herb and garlic cheese it is good and more flavourful with the basil and the garlic taste and you won't need to add garlic and the basil, so less work. Also try adding 2 oz of water of the pasta water at a time until the right consistency you like for a sauce, to make it more saucy.
I do olive oil and salt in my pasta but uhm girls???? You’re supposed to let the water boil first before putting the pasta in so your noodles don’t come out soggy.

I never preheat my oven before baking something. Usually just throw it in there. 😂

Guys about boiling pasta with oil: It does absolutely nothing to the pasta! Because..... Oil and water don't mix together, ever, the oil remains on the surface of the water. The only thing the oil does is preventing the water from boiling over, that's it! Somebody started this ones and everybody took over. Great stream!! Thanks for all the joy!
I’ve cooked this 4 times now.
Salt helps boil water faster and oil helps keep the noodles from sticking.
There is no wrong way to make this. I cooked the garlic too. You can add whatever you like to the dish, make it your own. Don’t stinge on the oil. Add good amount of tomato’s. Lots of herbs and spices.

Nessa u don’t have to put oil in the noddles all u have to do is salt them. The noddles only stick if u don’t put enough water and if u don’t stir it before it runs out of water. I luv u guys tho.❤️😂😊

Adding oil doesn't prevent sticking, many chefs say that. Adding the pasta to boiling water is what prevents the sticking and adding salt gives the pasta flavor. But adding oil isn't bad either many people do it. So do what y'all are taught as long as the pasta isn't sticking together.

Roni is right, you’re not supposed to add oil into the pasta when you cook it. The oil will make it harder for the sauce to stick to the pasta, so you’d usually only season it with salt.
