I love that she has a proper rock band backing her. I can't imagine being in that band and going from playing relatively small venues and then Glastonbury. Had to be wild. The tones are all fantastic. Killer sound overall. I can't believe this song wasn't a massive hit when it came out.
She's been playing big festivals in the U.S for years and played SNL. But yeah she's never quite hit mainstream popularity for some reason, undeniably talented and fun.
I accidentally stumbled across Maggie’s set at Glastonbury, channel was left on while I was in the shower, came downstairs and her set had just started, (I’m not usually a Glasto fan) I was absolutely glued to the whole set.. I’ve now watched her set at least 10 times on the iPlayer.. absolutely outstanding 🎉
I dont think people understand how hard it is to bring that much energy in how she jumps around the stage skipping AND sing and hit notes. Incredibly hard. I also love how she doesnt need to wear anything crazy attention getting, shes found her lane in being herself and is comfortable with that
I've only heard "Dog Years" and "Fallingwater" by this artist, but she has some major oomph in energy - certainly not what I had expected. Great stuff!
This is like the soundtrack for a "time to change my life" organic groceries shopping trip. The kind of person who collects several different scents of the same shampoo.
She’s such an amazing musician and it turns out she’s a great performer too. Some curious editing choices-perhaps we could have seen her more and have fewer low impact cutaway shots.
Great performance! I would have liked to see her do a call and response section here. Really get the audience singing with her. Also a nice lead break would have given it the lift it needed at the end.
This girl is the real deal. Diferent sound, unique. I'm a geezer at 58 and really dig the whole look, sound, band ,energy.
I'm the same age and completely agree
Thats because we remember Janis
I watched this live and I was amazed by how good Maggie and her band was. She owned the stage that afternoon.
Thank God the world has 9 billion people! It needed all of them to produce 1 Maggie Roger's!
The energy on stage is incredible. You can tell they genuinely enjoy working with each other. Follow your dreams, y'all.
Maggie is the full package, the real deal. Great vibes from her.
Such a fantastic artist & performer. Hope more & more people discover Maggie. She deserve it!

she showed up after a long hard night, her band covered for her very well here
the drummer's feel is on point. makes all the difference imo.
This song is perfect on every level
Performer through & through. That voice is MAGNIFICENT
Damn those drums and guitars are sounding so tight. Great performance
Saw her in Amsterdam last Tuesday. She was amazing there and she is here as well!!

how do you watch whole sets?
Absolutely fantastic performance. Maggie is becoming the Alanis of her generation.
An absolute doll. 👏👏
Good god shes stunning
She is one and only...awesome
This song is a favorite of mine from last summer, it should have gotten more attention!
BEAUTIFUL.
Brilliant live performer, something I have been sorely missing with the current pop and indie artists, she's the real deal.
SO GOOD! The energy, the vocals, the band, everything. ❤
perfect pop delivered with soul
Wonderful!!
still very much underrated in my opinion. she's great. ✊
Criminally underrated.
this song sounds like an OST of the most popular romcom in the late 2000s. her label should've tried promoting her more
Great singer, performer and fab band!
Must say i'd never come across Maggie until this, but WOW what an amazing lady. I've listened to nothing else since.
Phenomenal Maggie, as always.
Maggie Rogers - right where she belongs. Stellar!
Absolutely delightful I’m blessed I recorded Glastonbury 23 I discovered Maggie ❤
Isn’t she just delightful 😍
Maggie is definitely an underrated artist! Watched this concert from start to finish and enjoyed it all. Amazing❤
I dont think people understand how hard it is to bring that much energy in how she jumps around the stage skipping AND sing and hit notes. Incredibly hard. I also love how she doesnt need to wear anything crazy attention getting, shes found her lane in being herself and is comfortable with that
I am sure it is difficult.
People understand, just like you did. Relax
I can agree that her natural look is amazing. We don't have to hide ourselves behind camouflage!
Maggie Rogers is AMAZING!!!!❤
She's gorgeous and crazy talented.
I’ve never heard her newer stuff but wow this is amazing. Maggie Rogers is amazing.
the new album is fantastic❤
@@taylorh4480I hear you ! BOOOOOM 🤜🏾xx
Brilliant performance from Maggie, and such a great backing group. One of the highlights of this years Glastonbury Festival.
So happy for her and that band!!!!!!!!!
Great performance and singer, and she is very easy on my eyes.
I've only heard "Dog Years" and "Fallingwater" by this artist, but she has some major oomph in energy - certainly not what I had expected. Great stuff!
....If you can get to a concert..... I'm serious.... fucking tremendous
Such a killer band ❤ so propulsive! Makes her shine that much brighter!
Wow, what an amazing performance! Such an incredible voice and band live that it sounds just like the recording. 😻
From being discovered by Pharrell to establishing herself as force to reckon with and now she's rocking Festivals. Proud of her 👏🏽👏🏽
She was well known in the folk/bluegrass scene before Pharrell.
Maggie is the artist to watch.
SLAAAAAY look how far you've come and you're not done yet! 🫶
I love Maggie Rogers!
Shes gonna be big. She is a artist who can really sing
Maggie Rogers is a legend
Absolutely adore her! 🥲❤️
Amazing! Her Surrender album has been on repeat since it came out. Hope she does an asia tour soon
She crushed it! But her band though…insane
Shes a boss. Bravo
Such an Alanis vibe! ROCK IT MAGGIE!
Reminds me more of Sarah McLaughlin
she's amazing!
She's so underrated! Fantastic performance!
I have learned from youtube comments that every single artist is underrated. Who is rating them poorly though?
Amazing Maggie!
I've lost track of how many times I've listened to SO SICK OF DREAMING, album that Masterpiece aside," THE QUEEN HAS SPOKEN,HELLOOOOI GLASTONBURY!!!!"
maggie is amazing
Great performance
She is my fantasy!!
You rock Maggie xx
Fantastic performance!!
Wow!
bbbbbbbbrilliant....................love it
she is beautiful 🤩
Love me some great pop music. ❤
Best performance at Glasto on TH-cam's innit
That song is so good. I love Maggie's voice
the way she uses her vocals reminds me of Dolores from the Cranberries
And a little Sarah Mclachlan
That's right, she also opens and closes her mouth when singing. Brilliant observation!
Said the exact same thing she is a great great example of Dolores
Reminds me of Dido
Wonderful artist. Go to Brazil plis
love the foundation free spirit

😍

Shannon ❤
drummer !
The bassist was Maggie Rogers, the NYU senior
this song dont even debuted at hot 100, its so good
Just want to underline that ending when they "bring it back around one more time."
Surrander [album] is the Jagged Little Pill of nowadays
The whole band brought it.........
epic maggie :)
What a babe
Love Maggie. She's God.
First time we’ve heard of her here.
Great performance! I would have liked to see her do a call and response section here.
Really get the audience singing with her.
Also a nice lead break would have given it the lift it needed at the end.
Lo hermosa que es Dios
The guitarist is on the stage to always remind her how it all began, she looks exactly like her when she played her song to Pharrell Williams
How did her voice get so deep? Even on the record and past live performances her voice didn't have the same tambre.
Might just have worn it out a bit at/before this gig. It happens.
😊
Bit of a grower, this one. Think I'm going to have to listen to more of her material. Never really heard of her before.
Her hair looks so much better like this than the other short look she had.
I also think she would really do great covers with The Cranberries. She just has that type of voice.
Came here to watch a Maggie Rogers instead it’s a Glastonbury crowd video. 😩
The girl in the back is cosplaying as old Maggie heh
Are thems hairy pits? So brave.
I wonder what Pharell thought of this song?
Maggie is growing up; she's shaving her armpits now.😮
Dolores vibes
Is that not Mark Ronson playing drums??
I think it's Avishai Rozen. Dead ringer for MR
Great love version. But too many shots of the crown and not enough of Maggie.
My son has just got a job on a Caribbean cruise ship performing
Maggie is a little dynamo.
That drummer looks a lot like Mark Ronson…😊
