I listen to this everytime I am sad. Everytime I am crying my eyes out. When I cry that hard that I can barley breath. When my whole face and neck is black because of my mascara that pours down with my tears. When my thorax is shuttering and squezzing that much that my ribs are stinging. When my pillow is wet and I don't even know if there are more tears or more nosewater on my pillow. When my nose is shut and I am only breathing through my mouth and have the feeling to throw up. When my eyes are unable to see because everything is blurred, when my ankles are red from hitting my pillow. When I have the feeling to be useless and alone. When memories are hitting me when I were happy or when I were depressed like in that moment. When I have the feeling that there is someone else thinking to be useless. When noone want to listen. When all I hear is "You are too young to be sad", that I shouldn't beg for attention or that every other person has got also problems. That's the time when I want to be alone. I don't want to hear sorry or apologies. I don't want to be hugged, I don't want to hear that you understand me and that you will always be there for me. No..the chance is over. I am alone and no one will hear how I feel. I don't tell anymore. Because everyone has got his problems and I am just a teenage girl, which is only in a "phase" by begging for attention. You felt valid and loved, and came out. You trusted people with that part of you. A few accepted and support you now. But a lot, a whole lot of people aren't so accepting as they promised to be. They said they would use your pronouns and accepted and loved you, then didn't use them once. Never used your preferred name, and used you're deadname. Now I'm here. The lowest I have been in years, my whole life even. Everything is spiraling downward so quickly, and I'm worried I'll lose everything I worked so hard for. To be called by my preferred name sounds like a slap in the face. They spit it out with venom in their words. They don't care about your mental health, or physical. You aren't valid. But you refuse to accept it. You push on and look in the mirror every night saying you are valid and worthy of love. You never believe it, but say it anyways, hoping someday you will. You feel like self harming, and ending it all sometimes. But you're still here. Still changing everyone's lives, for better or worse. You're pushing through depression and pain all while wearing a smile that shatters when they turn their heads. You hide your feelings everyday to make everyone feel happy. No matter how low you feel. It's always for someone else, never for you. Life may not get better for a long time, I can't guarantee anything now accept that you are pushing through things that many people can't take. You know .. sometimes I feel like giving up even sooner than later, cause all the time when I’m thinking about our memories, it’s like I never saw how much he used me and how I never opened my eyes that I only did live in a movie until I got woken up from it. People often say ‘oh no it’s gonna be fine, don’t worry YOU’LL BE FINE.’ Just imaging how you’re talking with yourself in the room when nobody’s listening or even is there, except the devil, it’s like I still pretend that you’re with me, but in reality you’re not, it just quickly hits me for how lonely, empty, and drugged you are for me. You were the first one I ever got my kiss, and knowing that after 8-9 months later that you cheated on me since we dated just to get something you’ve ever wanted and just leave as quickly as you could.. I wish I could go back before all of this happened .. :/

I listen to this everytime I am sad. Everytime I am crying my eyes out. When I cry that hard that I can barley breath. When my whole face and neck is black because of my mascara that pours down with my tears. When my thorax is shuttering and squezzing that much that my ribs are stinging. When my pillow is wet and I don't even know if there are more tears or more nosewater on my pillow. When my nose is shut and I am only breathing through my mouth and have the feeling to throw up. When my eyes are unable to see because everything is blurred, when my ankles are red from hitting my pillow. When I have the feeling to be useless and alone. Not being a woman, or what everyone expected if you. Coming out as lesbian was hard, and then you considered gender. It sent you in a spiral down before shooting you up to the stars. You felt valid and loved, and came out. You trusted people with that part of you. A few accepted and support you now. But a lot, a whole lot of people aren't so accepting as they promised to be. They said they would use your pronouns and accepted and loved you, then didn't use them once. Never used your preferred name, and used you're deadname. Now I'm here. The lowest I have been in years, my whole life even. Everything is spiraling downward so quickly, and I'm worried I'll lose everything I worked so hard for. To be called by my preferred name sounds like a slap in the face. They spit it out with venom in their words. They don't care about your mental health, or physical. You aren't valid. But you refuse to accept it. You push on and look in the mirror every night saying you are valid and worthy of love. You never believe it, but say it anyways, hoping someday you will. You feel like self harming, and ending it all sometimes. But you're still here. Still changing everyone's lives, for better or worse. You're pushing through depression and pain all while wearing a smile that shatters when they turn their heads. You hide your feelings everyday to make everyone feel happy. No matter how low you feel. It's always for someone else, never for you. Life may not get better for a long time, I can't guarantee anything now accept that you are pushing through things that many people can't take. You are trying to be happy, and it's not working. But you are alive. You haven't succeseeded any attempts to end your life, and for a good reason I hope. Just keep living, Atlas. Keep living.
