Check the connector between the main grip and the magazine. Likely it is bend due to improper put in. If the metal connector is bend(4min :55s). There will be no circuit contact and therefore the gun wouldnt shoot or work.

When you put in the magazine the gun should make a quiet buzz. If not then either u need to charge the battery, or the connectors are bad.
