We want to change our existing Tata Indigo CS 10yrs old now. We have options of Honda City, Verna, creta,kia seltos, xuv 300 and tata nexon. We use car very less daily. It will be below 500km. But when we take it out it will be 1000km but not that frequently. Could you please suggest which one to prefer. Diesel or petrol? Which car could be best choice for comming atleast 5 years. I have test ride xuv 300 and it looks good. Others based on your suggest will take the test ride and take decision. Price is not a problem. But mileage and maintenance should be less. Thank You.
I think it is 500 KM per month not daily. That means almost less than 20 km per day. For that purpose you can choose petrol car if you are ok with latest petrol rates otherwise go for Diesel. Also Turbocharged petrol engines are not good when coming to mileage.
Coming to which is best car. In Mid Size SUV I prefer Creta over Seltos except in looks and In sedan I prefer Honda City.

First if all I want to thank you for watching my video and also giving in detail reply to the negatives I have mentioned in the video.....At the same time I would like to clarify here some points you have mentioned regarding negatives and also I hope you will take it on a positive note:
1) Please note that whatever the negatives I have mentioned they are all on constructive side not destructive side. Even I clearly said in the video that Kia Seltos is best and class leading in subcompact SUV segment.
I already told that in positive No.01 that when coming to Engine Refinement, NVH Levels Kia has set standard but at the same time I still feel that top end variants are overpriced yes they are offering Top features like what you said but in countries like our India many prefer budget and space that's why I told that in 5 seater SUV segment Kia Seltos is best but you want more for your buck then go for Toyota Innova or Mahindra XUV 500 even they don't come under this segment.
2) Coming to second negative I already told in the video that Option of having two many variants is a good option at the same time it is disadvantage also. If people are having good knowledge about cars they can easily pick the variant they want but people who are trying to buy the car for the first time or who don't have any idea will be going to get easily confused because of two many variants. Here another clarification having two petrol and one diesel engine is not a problem I am telling about HT Line in that also you know how many are there.
3) Coming to final negative you and I both agree so there is nothing to say.
Anyway I am very happy for your reply these type of discussions will help the viewers to get more insight of any car and help them to choose the right one.

people with larger families will definitely go for Innova r xuv500 for it's space it offers but comparing in this way is not a right thing
As u said we Indians think about space n budget if it's True then no will opt for kia seltos r creta they will go for Marazzo ,Hexa,Ertiga n scorpio .

2.Offering wide range VARIANTS doesn't come as a negative point as u said people will get confused s it's TRUE there will be confusion while selecting ,it's only bcoz of knowledge gap they face this issue
But sales representative which r meant for these purpose to guide customers n drive them in right way, it doesn't mean that kia has done wrong thing by offering variants so I can't agree with u on this aswell

As per the Driving Dynamics, Steering Feedback, Ride and Handling Ford Ecosport is best. It's very fun to drive. The only drawback is it's second row seating space is very less.
Coming to Seltos it is some what premium than ford and offers lot of top class features. It looks are also very stylish and appealing.
So for pure driving enthusiast I prefer Ford Ecosport. But you please test drive the both vehicles and decide

Thank you bro....Sorry for the late reply..... Actually Hyundai Creata, Kia Seltos and MG Hector are the most successful vehicles in Compact SUV's segment. New 2020 Hyundai Creata and Kia Seltos shares same engine and gear box and also offers plenty of features. Coming to MG Hector it offers more space than Creta and Seltos and now MG has launched Hector Plus which is a 6 seater. I don't think there are too many maintenance issues with these cars but I advice you to test drive each of these cars and decide what you want to buy.

Do we really need 4 wheel drive?
Good question.. Actually for normal commuting purpose we don't require 4 wheel drive option but when we go for offroading or adventerous purpose really we require it. Actually SUV vehicles should have it because they are designed to go anywhere that's why I told in the Video.

I have diesel seltos. Engine warning light comes every 500 kms. Due to BS4 DIESEL. Have any idea how to fix the problem? Do you know where we can get BS6 diesel for seltos ??
Bro I don't think this is due to BS4 fuel or engine problem. May be it's due to Electronics issue please consult with Kia showroom people. Regarding BS6 fuel I will let you know where it is presently available
@@Vaibhavsview thanks for reply sir. I have visited workshop 9 times till now almost once every 700 kms. Total driven 7000kms till now. They say it is only proboem of DPF due to BS4 fuel and also that I don't take out car so frequently as it being diesel engine. I tried all fuel from SHELL and nice IOCL bunks etc. No use. Sometimes i regret buying diesel. I feel it would've been better to buy turbo charged petrol.
