Hi Osher - Have you considered using lime instead of cement? Much better for the building. In Portugal there's a brand called "Fassa Bortolo". They sell plaster and render. I know that their product called MS20 is for interior and MH19 is for exterior. Maybe they've got one best suited for stone.

Giant PVC pipe+ funnel and secure it to pipe and push rod...giant turkey baster...inject cement into crevices.. wet sponge...smoothe it out...iron bars in large gaps and large washers and bolts and nuts and rebar to anchor gaps. Huge blue tarp over small house...prevent more water from coming in and destroying between stones...
You got a tent..and protective gear... Dude!! At this pace it's going to take years.... You need many more people to help....fill gaps with small stones, rebar and iron... Then cement, since you started with cement .. wish you the best...
