The issue with her case was that the external agencies were not communicating. There were nurses who had concerns about her welfare, but they didn't speak up or they weren't listened to by the more senior nurses.
In other words if you have a car and can drive, if you discover an injury like that! You should put the child in the car and drive straight to A&E. if she’d gone to the QE, Heartlands or Birmingham Children’s Hospital. The medical staff have access to their own social workers and the police. The parents would have been arrested there and then. Their mobile phones would have been confiscated and ceased. The police might have discovered evidence that could have put a case there and then.
So she’s implying that if ANYONE sees something wrong, they should take that child to a medical professional immediately…. ….Sounds great in theory but sadly it’s not always that simple. not everyone in that’s child’s life has the right to whisk them away without consent, especially when (like with this family) things are so volatile. Knowing the father, he’d likely report the Grandmother for kidnapping his child. The poor Grandmother did everything she could given her limited access. She did nothing wrong. it’s a heartbreaking situation 💔
Please do something about all the video reels of under aged children on Face Book .... Face Book has shut my account down for raising my concerns on the platform by leaving comments & GIF outlining my disgust as many have done also that this conduct on beta & Face Book are clearly flouting the law by allowing these children who are under aged in skimpy clothes & swim suits & the cameras zooming in on the private area's of the child's bodies.
