Should I ever come face to face with the insurmountable reality that I one day will have to fight and die to defend my homeland, this anthem will be played.
Bot might have heavy deadly enemy. Bug might have number. But us only us have democracy and order!
God I hope someday in the future when we're near the end of this war that we call down a strategem that would complete the campaign like where we just glass the automaton and terminid home planets and this song plays as it gets called in and counts down. Kinda like when they play the anime op during thr climax.
Part of why this game is so popular is the fact that, despite us all knowing this is satirical propaganda for a dystopian dictatorship... many people today just wish they could be a part of something and united in some sort of common purpose. Helldivers speaks to that.
