And its so sad to see, some GOAT veterans in that team with probably the worst coaching staff in the League. Now people think those veterans are washed and suck when management and coaching drags the team down so much. On paper it is a solid roster and i have a hard time believing that all 3 veterans just suck now when Jankos had a brilliant last season, same with Trymbi

The first segments felt a bit like a Thorins Reflections Interview and didnt seem to natural with you guys doing it but the later half got incredibly good where the talk becomes more of a dialogue

One thing I admire about Perkz is that at this point in his career, he's only playing to compete He's from Croatia, one of the most beautiful and developed countries relative to penny spent, with the money he made so far he could just buy up a couple of coastal properties and downtown apartments and retire his next three generations

Great first episode! Perkz is the man I'd like to offer some constructive criticism on a minor nitpick. Maybe it's worth considering. I don't like the full-screen camera shots when someone "has the floor". Purely pragmatically, you sacrifice reactions from the other feeds, and you don't really gain anything for it. There's a real risk of missing a golden reaction because it was full-screen'd at the time

Dom was born to be a show host, he's wasted as a 2nd or 3rd, this is exactly the type of show where interesting player narratives are born. Relaxed, memey, full of a ridiculous amount of knowledge about the game and a lot of respect.
Great fiest episode Dom and Yamato are such great duo becouse they ask good questions and give the guest room to talk, wich is not the standard with other League shows (Thorin).

About league's sustainablity: I was a huge G2 fan in 2022, and I've been a huge caps fan since. I was late to the esport, but I would 100% buy a skin on one of my midlane champions, if that was caps' skin. Or a G2 skin in 2022. But what the fuck would I get out of buying a Jersey? Nothing. I don't even have the money to go to any events. If Riot allowed teams to partner up to make their own skins,a nd share the profit of that, I think the sustainability issue is like 50% solved. Because that target audience aren't football players, they are gamers. I, and everyone I talk to who watch lolesports agree, we would all buy skins of our favorite teams/players. It's actually so stupid of Riot to not allow this.
Uma Jan deserves and needs to be part of the competitive scene as long as Caps is competing. Keep up the grind, get your orga and team you want to Show of!

Especially the last topic, league's sustainability as an e-sport but also as a game, is very important and Riot really dropped the ball on this one. Way back in season 1, maybe season 2, I believe the game client actually had an imbedded youtube playlist dedicated to teaching new players. Maybe I'm misremembering, but league NEEDS something like this. The ingame tutorial as well as bot games don't teach anything important about the game really. Riot should consider sponsoring and promoting educational lol content creators like AloisNL or maybe even Nemesis(despite his very vocal criticism of the game lmao). And also podcasts with known e-sports figures and players. it would move things in a good direction for the sustainability of the game imo.

I'm a professionall coach, and one of the biggest traps coaches fall into is thinking they know more than their coachee about what they are coaching. Even if you think "this dude is inting",you need to ask questions like "how do you think your team felt about this play?" "where do you think this play went wrong?" "If you were watching {insert player they like}, how would you communicate this idea to them so they understand?". Sorry hearing about people being bad at something you do for a living is always annoying to me 😂
I like the idea and format but with guests you shouldn't start to sugarcoat them (I know it will be difficult obviously) When Perkz said he was still top 3 or 4 it's a joke and you needed to disagree (cause no way you believe that) - he fell off after switching back from adc, which is absolutely no surprise. Saying "I did dmg" as a random stat is just pointless, it doesnt say anything. He was terrible the last splits, probably 7th or 8th best mid. But I am not surprised, he wont come back because he cant accept he is struggling & much worse than he can be, and he wont put in the time to improve.

He went as nautilus into Ashe lvl 1 like he was bad absolutely forcing the team into very bad states. . So now we have seen HRT without Perks it was absolutely soulless like a horrible team to watch nobody was biting they just played to lose slowly while and is very important they got Trymbi who is always a huge boost to any team he went . Sure Vlady looks good Jackies looks good . Humanoid is legit Perks one game is a god one game he is a dirty inter and there is Caps . Nuc is a meh player he is only good when the enemy plays bad he is never good vs a player who peaks no X factor. Larsen is dead . Nisqy like holly f he needs to be studied because he dropped so hard in a short spawn of time and sure there is Caps . So what's your top 10 ? Larsen 10 ? Loved it, can't wait for the next episode. About that last topic, the future of League. The pro scene exists for the sole purpose of profit. It was, for the longest time, the only egg in Riot's basket, they hade to make it happen. The last few years, the pro scene and League in general have been in decline, it's very clear and Riot knows that too, its an asset expected to lose value. Right now, everything they do is increase profit margin, by reducing investment and fusing regional championships, as with NA. Effectively giving up on League's future for a wider profit margin right now. Every big company does this, standard practice, and Tencent is just like all the others.

About that last topic, the future of League. The pro scene exists for the sole purpose of profit. It was, for the longest time, the only egg in Riot's basket, they hade to make it happen. The last few years, the pro scene and League in general have been in decline, it's very clear and Riot knows that too, its an asset expected to lose value. Right now, everything they do is increase profit margin, by reducing investment and fusing regional championships, as with NA. Effectively giving up on League's future for a wider profit margin right now. Every big company does this, standard practice, and Tencent is just like all the others.
