We LOVE our universal waterfall!!! We’ve had it for two years and it still looks and operates beautifully!!! We actually went to their facility and got to tour. They do wonderful work. We ordered what we wanted and went back picked it up and installed it ourselves! Again fabulous product. We purchased the Maldives. Wish I had gotten the next bigger size.
That's really beautiful! Congratulations to the owners Id consider having the hot tub surround beside this covered in Universal Rocks. Just that low wide lip. That way they would match beautifully. Either way, gorgeous!
It looks beautiful. When & how did you put in the water lines into the concrete? Can these blow away? That would be a concern of mine. Also, can kids climb on them, or can adults sit on them?
I would love to buy one of these kits for my pool. Can you ad a video explaining how we can drill a hole in our concrete going to the pool to pull water into the pump? The video shows only the rock installation. Also do you sell the pump? is the pump 12 volt? 120 volt? , Thanks for your help
Two questions: if you don’t have a water connection to the pool system can you run your own pipe down into the pool water? Can you order this in a custom color? I don’t see any of the color options on the site that match what we need… looking for a redish black like lava rock.. is that possible? 😊
Unfortunately we don't offer custom colors like that. Some customers have painted them but it usually doesn't last that long. You can email us at info@universalrocks.com if you have any other questions.
Can this be removed for the winter so I don't have to modify my safety cover to fit around it? Does it just sit on there, I could cut an opening in the rear that I could remove to turn off the water / add antifreeze to the piping and store the fiberglass rocks in my shed?
Some customers do remove them for the winter. Our products are not made from fiberglass, it is a poly mixture. You would need to talk to your pool company to know how to winterize your pipes for your pool. You don't need to do anything to our products for winter.
Not sure where you mean, but the waterfall comes with a PVC fitting embedded in it, so you can glue straight to that. If you mean into your pool deck, that would depend on your setup. The pool shown already had a "stub up" for us to tie into, so we didn't need to drill anything for that. If your pool doesn't have a stub up you'll need a different process. If you'd like more info you can email us at info@universalrocks.com
Our pipe is on the far left of our rock (the larger grotto option) so the water does not flow properly and cascade evenly over the front. Yes, it is level. Any suggestions? Thank you!
Well, it's polyurethane and the sun will be beating down on it every year so you may get 3-5 years before it starts showing its age I'm sure. Looks nice though!
We've had some of products in use for about 25 years now, so pretty durable. Most of our waterfalls can support quite a lot of weight this one as a standard model, maybe around 200-250lbs. If you want it stronger you can order it heavy duty and it could support maybe twice that.

The rocks are like the spray foam! That gives me an idea!

Hey Ashley, you can use a small heavy rock to manipulate where the water flows.
How strong and durable is it ? Can you stand on it?
