all of those batch vs one-piece flow video's alway's make me laugh. ideally you have to find an optimal situation between both. batch production and one-piece flow are both in most production facility 's not ideal. Also in this video, try to include that the 2nd process already has work from the previous batch. Then you will have a very different outcome. the batch one will have done more then the one-piece flow. altough with just a small margin

batch: why do the process 2 need to wait for the process 1? this is not correct for a line like that
