I'm the Civil Engineer trying to get this permitted. We are currently working on the amenity center. Probably 14-18 months to get that up and running. This was part of a plan development. Unfortunately for the developer it landed on land where the City of Frisco had a public trail in their master plan. Which is why they can't gate the neighborhood.
Oh goodness my videos really reaching the right people out there that know what is going on and involved with things. I like the idea of this neighborhood but man oh man does it need to be gated for this level of price compared to other Frisco neighborhoods around the area

Not sure it's worth 2M$. Expect a mansion on a larger plot and outdoor pool for that price
