- If your keyboard needs a lot of time to load on every startup, you may consider replacing the hard drive, in my case I've replaced it with a SSD (solid-state-drive) and the result are just great! the startup time was decreased to a half!
Cuál es el número de parte o el nombre del adaptador la tarjeta que se ve conectada al disco SATA?
What is the SSD brand and model number ?
Please how much of the original gb had disk contains....and how much of the new gb you installed
The original disk had 80GB, the new one has 128GB.

I'm not sure, you can try to open the hood and look for a hard drive.

@@bmelad ok, thanks, I proved your tip, with an sdd 240 gb formatted exFat , but not works, either, Korg formatted or Windows formatted, Korg not recognized the sdd, any ideas? thanks

התקנתי את אותו כרטיס אצלי ואין שינוי אחי! השינוי נבע מעצם היותו ריק! אם יש לך איזה חידוש אשמח לשמוע. בכל מקרה כל הכבוד על החשיבה
אמנם באיחור, אבל עדיף מאוחר מאשר אף פעם; במקרה הספציפי הזה השינוי נבע מעצם זה שהדיסק המקורי 'עשה את שלו' ופשוט קרטע (בכל זאת, דיסק מכני ישן מאוד שעבד קשה תקופה ארוכה), כמובן שכל החומר הועתק לאחר-מכן לדיסק החדש וזמני התגובה נשארו דומים.
הקלידים אינם שלי, אלא של אחד הקלידנים המפורסמים בארץ ועד כמה שאני יודע נמצא עד היום בשימוש אינטנסיבי, כך שאם היו בעיות - כבר הייתי שומע עליהן.
מה שכן - ייתכן שאצלך קיימת בעיה נוספת או שאולי הדיסק הנוסף עייף גם הוא, אני נוטה להאמין שכמות החומר הקיים אצלך לא גדולה יותר מזו שהיתה על הקלידים בהם טיפלתי, כי תיאורטית גם נפחים גבוהים יכולים להשפיע על זמן הטעינה.
Thanks for the review !!! But the question is: where does the PCM data download come from if the SSD is empty from the box, and the samples are loaded from the hidden PCM folder on the hard drive when the keyboard is turned on ??
Good question! There is another (fast!) storage component inside the device (you can see it in the menu as an available destination when you try to copy files from an external USB / flash drive).

mi Pa2xpro no tiene ssd y arranca exactamente en el mismo tiempo que este video, un minuto y 12 segundos, pero no es el que venia de fabrica. Por si le sirve a alguien de ayuda. Gracias por el video
Hola qué tal yo tengo un pa2xPro y estoy teniendo drama cuesta en arrancar tenes idea que disco le puedo poner y de cuánto y si se le puede poner con un disco sólido que adaptador comprar desde ya gracias soy de argentina abrazo

this is not true. PA2X does not load the system from HD. can work without HD. SSDhd only enables faster reading of files mid, mp3....
Bom trabalho amigo, mais vc poderia me ajudar tenho um pa2xpro, ele está muito lento E quando ele acende a tela ela não fica igual ao seu que acende a tela e as luzes do botões ao mesmo tempo, ele vai pra tela normal de riti.o mais as luzes do botões demora pra acender e acende aos poucos, diferente do seu e ainda ele não responde os botões logo a tela responde tudo no toque mais os botões nada,com um tempo consigo tocar e acessar mais se fizer várias funções ele dica julgando e trava tudo onde tá, vc saber dizer o que pode ser, esrou proucupado pois não sei o que pode ser, me ajuda aí por favor, talvez vc sabe o que pode ser. Obrigado.
O meu estava travando muito também é já tava sem saber o que fazer. Aí tirei os parafusos todos (deixei aberto) aí fui tocando até ele travar. Quando travou eu abri o teclado e imediatamente ele destravou, percebi que era algum mal contato nos soquetes. Aí fucei e descobri. O teclado tá zero. Se não tiver nenhum conhecimento, peça pra alguém abrir o teclado pra ver se descobre algum mal contato.
Is Fake ! I try but is slower .I buy original pa3x SSD korg socket + new SSD Hard .Original Ide socket hard on Pa2x is very ok for this keyboard. Problem it is in Software , it is old .
