- Ranked one of the world's best pound-for-pound boxers, Terence 'Bud' Crawford was born to fight. His father, grandfather and uncle were all amateur boxers. The late, great boxing coach Midge Minor saw 7-year-old Terence getting into fights in the neighborhood and took him under his wing and into the gym. That's where Terence learned natural talent will only get you so far. He credits his coaches with saving his life.

I'm a North Omahan born and raised, a professional in the healthcare field for more than 20 years with a daughter in Law School at Creighton University and am an "African-American" on top of that. Buds style is unique and i don't see Spence defeating Crawford at his best..just being honest..offense, foot work, dual style, faints, anticipation, speed, agility ..etc..etc.. it will be a good fight but ..Crawford wins

@@userxxc everyone can be beaten. Spence’s style is much more than just basic, his best attribute is pressure and fighting on the inside which Bud is not good at. Plus Bud will not have as much of an advantage when he switches to southpaw like he normally does. That’s what makes this 50-50 for me.

Bud is really a special fighter. He can box he can bang and he is definitely the best finisher in the game. We've seen him finish opponents whenever he feels like it and that is a talent I don't see anyone having. He's the type of fighter who would survive and be the best in any era no BS

I think his boys or at least one of them is already placing in state wrestling championships, like the elementary leagues and stuff. Imagine HS/College. Bring your kids to Lakewood St Edward's to train with those dudes in summer. Terrence is my favorite boxer, and person. He doesn't have to put up some act, he's a country boy at heart. He's been waiting 3-4 years for Spence to grow a pair a jewels. Those Haymon fighters are always dodging the most challenging fights at the toughest times.

My Guy Bud 👑. I know what I see and since the night I watched him destroy gamboa I kept a very close eye on him. He the real deal across the board. And yes he did comfort Spence and it was one of those moments where I saw a guy get straight to the point and by now if Spence didn't step up I know who trying to really duck who

I must say, this gave me a whole different perspective of Bud Crawford. A very down to earth guy. I am definitely an Errol Spence boxing fan, and some of my dislike towards Bud was because of the image that he was painting in, and how he carried himself in the light that many gave him as being mean. I never discounted his boxing skills as to why I always said it would be a 50/50 fight. I still favor Errol Spence. Both guys have pluses and minuses, May the man who wants it most and brings their best game plan-win. No losers.
