It’s better visit the nearest branch , some times u have kyc issues , which leads u to visit branch and wait for ur kit to receive that’s time consuming , so u visit branch get things done and get ur kit there itself process over

Bro Mene account open Kia hai online. 5000 rs add Kiya tha jab open ho gaya THA but account balance 0 dikha raha hain. Video KYC ki thi lekin vo bol rha hai apki information system se match nhi ho rhi . Phir branch me gya KYC karwane wo bol rhe hai agar paise ayege to hi KYC hogi lekin paise cut ho gye par aye nhi account me .

ICICI, SBI, Canara, Bank of Baroda, IndusInd are the best banks. I am dissatisfied with HDFC, Kotak, Axis Bank. Rest RBL Bank, Bandhan Bank, PNB, BOI, Indian Bank are not good. ICICI and SBI are very good banks. No issue in last 20 years.
Why dissatisfied with hdfc? Can u tell what issue u faced?
