The question about independence in a relationship is sooo relatable! I'm in a long-distance relationship and I find it hard to not want to give all of my time and attention to my partner since we are soo far away from each other. I find that the best way to deal with it is to communicate how you feel and give each other some space to "breathe". Thankfully my partner and I have busy lives, so its relatively easier for us to give each other space. Also, you don't always have to talk everyday! For me just having the expectation of talking to him everyday made me feel slightly overwhelmed by my feelings towards him. Remember to take some time for yourself in order to enjoy the time with your partner even more!
My therapist was just telling me about the destructiveness of “I should” mentality! So glad you touched on this. Also! I’ve struggled with awful cystic acne for years now and lately I’ve been loving the ordinary glycolic acid toner and lactic acid serums! I think they have really helped my acne scars and skin texture! My skin is mostly clear now :)))
2:34 You should try the caudalie vinoperfect serum for your acne scars! I’ve been battling with mine for a while now but that serum seriously made a difference and they‘re barley noticeable anymore! + it doesn’t make your skin sensitive to the sun like other skin brightening products such as vitamin c do!

A thing that has helped me not to overthink so much is deleting TikTok. I would compare myself way too much whether that was relationship, friendship, or personal. In doing so, I've been feeling so much better ☺
Girl collagen, vitamin c, & vitamin e for scarring! & a nice gentle exfoliating face scrub. I LOVE everything neutrogena personally. I alternate between 3 of their face scrubs & sometimes use the body clear body scrub as a face & body wash when I want a good deep clean. It fades everything so well!!
