- This is the sound of winter rain at Gapyeong Morning Calm Arboretum. Since it's winter, there are no flowers and leaves, but I like the calm atmosphere that I feel while taking a walk. The sound of winter rain in spring is a white noise ASMR perfect for sleeping.

The white noise heard in nature has a special spectrum.
Among the white noise, the sound of rain is a common noise in nature and is familiar to our ears, so even if we study or do other things such as rest, it is not disturbed and rather gives us a sense of stability.
When I heard and analyzed the white noise heard in various nature for video work, the most natural and comfortable white noise was the sound of rain.
It's good to listen to the rain sound naturally in order to hear it more effectively.
I like the sound of rain that is similar to the heart rate, a little slow, or a little fast, sounds natural and smoothly continuous.
Listening to white noise increases alpha wave emissions and decreases beta wave emissions in the brain. Alpha waves are brain waves that come out when the mind is focused or resting, and beta waves are frequencies that come out when the brain is unstable.
Therefore, when you hear the sound of rain, alpha waves increase, making your brain feel comfortable and helping you relax a lot.
Healing Now Channel technically records the white noise heard in nature as naturally as possible and edits and provides a sound similar to nature when played online.
The entire process of planning, editing, and posting on TH-cam is aimed at the effective use of white noise by listeners, and the entire process is carried out by the operator himself.
