Love the Rifleman Legend Killer, one of my favorite heavies to take out. Sadly, I don't do that as often as I should, as I can get a faster match turnaround time with lights. I wasn't a fan of it's paint scheme though, so I painted it all white and made it into a Comguard rifleman. Might consider switching it back. Also, you got to love the kill on the second flea. I bet he didn't even realize that beef's arms were pointing right at him.
He is The B33f, La Longue Fusil, spiritual son of Ash Williams from Evil Dead. Peepeepoopoo of the MWO online people. His killstreak is a tribute to his skill and speaks to that truth. Now that ruined that scene from Last of the Mohicans, nice work with the LBX and lasers. 🤘🏻🖖🏻
Looks like LRMs fired within their 'blind zone'. LRMs that hit within 120m (I think it's that value) will just bounce off a their warheads aren't armed so you're firing crayons at them if you fire them too close. Same with firing a regular PPC within 90 meters. Two tricks that aren't well known but very exploitable for speedier mechs that can keep the enemy within that minimal range
Was always curious about that I thought the “dead” or “blind” zone for the missiles just wouldn’t allow it to fire I didn’t think it would just actually bounce off
@@seasons1745 it's a silly thing but forces the pilots to pay attention or make such a mistake. Remember these aren't Streak SRMs which are hard-wired to only fire with a lock. LRMs can be direct fired without lock as ghetto artillery or in cases where ECM is protecting a mech.

They then start staring at other directions and B33f gets a free kill streak. I regularly pilot Stealth armored Assaults and it's unbelievable how many players can't just register me as a target when I don't have the red box on me, even as I fire on them. Everyones so conditioned to running a Nascar race on the map, and shooting at red squares that they're like bots.
I think in this case, the extra heat of the ERMLs will mess too much with the DPS of the mech, and it really needs to fire constantly, for as long as it can
