I just can’t believe it. This is band is my all time favorite, I can’t understand how, but they seem to capture the exact thoughts that are running through my head in the span of about 8 years, and I was like really sad, when they anounced that they are taking some rest, because I thought ‘damn, I don’t know if they will keep doing the magic they were doing for this long’ . And then they announed their upcoming album, and it’s coming out on the exact day that my birthday is, and i just listened to eat, sleep, wake and now this... and yep, they are still translating my thoughts into music somehow, from the days of ‘dust on the ground’ till now...
I just kind of can’t explain this feeling, but if i forget who i am, or get confused what i’m doing, i just put my headphones and listen to them. It sometimes just feels like they exist to somehow be my anchor or some thing like that. And i know some of you feel exactly the same, and it’s just comforting.

I do not see small bands from eastern Europe having a 10 meter ad in the subway of Sao Paulo or in Hong kong as Coldplay did. And this album just came out, it is hyped and people are gonna consume it in mass - see US and UK charts. Mainstream is not necessarily bad - only if you have Underground Syndrome.

The two songs from BBC are the best things to come out of 2019 and most probably will be the best album of 2020, can't wait. So glad to see an amazing band making amazing clever music again.
Gonna tell my kids how a song about everything going wrong made everything right again.
Makes sense to me since Eat, Sleep, Wake (Nothing But You) was about how the band took time apart, only to be itching to come back together again (which made everything feel right again). And in that time apart, other endeavors probably didn't go as well as they had hoped, really making it clear that they should get back together and make music again.

There's no bound to how much I love these people. I relate to their songs more than I relate to any human on this earth. and I find that to be such a strange yet beautiful thing to be alive for, coz in some sense I relate to most of the people here. lol, I'm not stoned, just overwhelmed.

My interpretation is, that he describes life with and without Jesus (based on the messages of the pre released 'God first' album) All the struggles one has when running from method to method (like idk New Age or so that only seem to set you free but of course can't get you anywhere in a global perspective). It is literally pictured as "life is going nowhere" with the inability to move. Then the reborn scene and finally he receives support to move again. And certainly the message in the end: there is no other way like the Bible says. Im grateful that this message still reaches people in confusing times where more and more churches appear to create their own God that fits to the current lifestyle and change over time, instead of sticking to the sources.
