Living room chandeliers really make spaces more cozy, and yours really does just that. The cloud couches are 👌🏻 but sooooo comfy for movie nights and when guests are over. The wall art is nice, but needs to be bigger!! I’d recommended tripling up on it, or putting it in another space and replacing it with a bigger piece! A good rule of thumb is for it to be at least 2/3 the width of your couch.
The screen door and flooring issue is a bummer but easily fixed. And as for the appliances, that also sucks, but probably a good lesson learned from that too. Every place is gonna have its on quirks and problems, but being surprised by them is what actually sucks the most. A little secret tip would be to hire an inspector and bring them in (on the hush hush, cuz sellers usually wouldn’t prefer you doing this, especially with clean offers aka no conditions) during one of the buyer visitations. That way, you can find out anything wrong address any issues before closing.

Arizona is a nice place. Originally from Upstate NY, hate the cold, moved with cousin back in 2011. 4.5 years in Goodyear, 1 year in Flagstaff, loved it. Drought scares me out there, but friends want me back (in NY again, thanks parents) if I will go. Try my best and play those cards for you if you wanna visit.

That was an interesting insight, Taylor. I haven't seen anything similar from other people, so I don't know how to give any criticism or comparison, but I enjoyed it.
I don't know why, but I assumed you would have a home gym set-up. I guess that is your place of work, but THIS is your place of rest. The home office looks very uncluttered at the moment... I am a very lazy and disorganised person, so my home office looks like a back alley in a crime drama - any minute now there will be a car chase and papers will blow everywhere and old cups of coffee will be discovered underneath.
The outfits were well modelled and well-explained. The thought process behind your choices was sound. I noticed that yoou mentioned your shoulders a lot. I have to say that the outifts must be right for you, as I was not remotely noticing your shoulders even though you kept mentioning them. A couple of questions crossed my mind, if you will allow;
Are the trousers real leather? They looked way too soft and light... but what do I know!
You didn't mention footwear. Are shoes an area of interest for you? A lot of women spend a great deal of time choosing heels and suffer some pain to achieve some sort of ideal height. You don't seem to have that particular hang-up, but what shoes do you like?
I do have home gym located somewhere else. but this is my living space so I travel a little to get to my home gym set up
the leather is vegan leather perhaps thats why it looks softer! shoes I just have a basic black and nude pair of heels !
