I'm a shareholder from Austria (Europe) of Reliance Ldt.. Didn't find any video covering that contant in a pretty good qualit. Subscribed. Animation is great and I feel you know, what you are talking about. In Europe we hate Amazon, because there is no competition, Amazon takes the whole market. Some products are only sold in Amazon. If you want to sell on Amazon you have to sell cheaper as you normally would. Amazon doest pay taxes at all and their employer earn like 1100-1300 Euro a month which is pretty law for a 40 hour job. I try to support all kind of stores which are not Amazon, be happy you still have competition. We have none. Pretty sad. I would prefer an austian company vs a an american.

And it is nowhere to go becauae it provides goods at cheap price and also the only big competition Flipkart is nowhere near to Amazon sales. And competition is necessary in Indian markets so i don't mind because Reliance cannot control the entire retail market.

Low interest rates, lack of R&D, and the use of Japanese work ethic (work till you drop) and increasingly american style managerial policies (fire at will, decreasing salary and benefits, increasing executive pay) and an absolute refusal to allow immigrants to be successful (Toshiba execs go free embezzling billions while the book gets thrown at Ghosn for pocket change) are alone enough to tank a country. Add to that their ballooning national debt, and you have a disaster in the works.

Only 2 controversies bro:
1) KP(England player) asked ECB board to not work with Flower(coach) and criticising him and also captaincy decisions of Andrew Strauss(Captain).
2) Kevin Peterson sending text messages from his phone to South African players in England about "how to get wicket of England captain "Andrew Strauss".
A player of England asking/helping opposition to get his team's captain wicket or get him out.
This caused ECB to drop Kevin Peterson.
Actually KP is extremely honest and critical person who judged ECB, captain,coach decisions.
So he was dropped in 2012.

I am trapped in future retail.My initial purchase was at 330rs last year.It went uptill 400abv.Then from March it started a streak of LC to 68rs!!!.Again averaged after reliance deal at 163rs.Now avg price 240rs!!!.Wish the reliance deal pass on.Though FEL shares as per swapping is not at all worth,It is better than bankruptcy & getting no money back!!

It's not 10% dude if it was 10% then cci would have interference would have been there during the sale of future coupons.
It is 10% and FEL is a private unlisted company
@@BisboWorld according to competative clause ,if any foreign entity set to acquire 10%or more stake of Indian based company then the transaction should pass through cci ,if amazon got direct share of 10% then cci would have been involved .in the transaction and the deal most probably would have got cancelled due to the monopoly policy of our country .since there was no involvement of cci it means amazon didn't hold direct stake or it doesn't have 10% which gives board rights to if u have 10% .which I don't they have . u research is incomplete bro.

If government favours reliance to save future group, amazon will create road block for global investors to invest in india and may slowly leave india from retail market. Our country has a very bad reputation when it comes to global investment. I don’t understand why they favour adani and ambani when Tata has contributed so much to the country and deserve government support in crisis.

Amazon is much dirtier than any Indian company in terms of accusation. they will not leave India at any cost. India biggest market for them. So do not worry. We should support Indian companies, let's not oppose Ambani adani in every matter.

9:33 Jeff sir, the price is too high for a reason. Reliance Retail has 10 times more stores than Future Retail alone and if a full acquisition of Future by Reliance is worth $2bn then a 40% stake of the entire Reliance Retail should be worth $20bn
