My advice is to take out the maximum loan (ALL of the available loans) on day 1 during the tutorial. Then set up at least 12 of the cheapest computers, along with the auto-approve and auto-pay features. The profit from the internet cafe will more than cover the repayments, and time is halted during the tutorial so you can set everything up before the day really starts. This also allows you to get your supermarket going very early and the first store expansion and you'll still have plenty of money left over. You can very quickly hire the cleaner and someone to operate the checkout, and that will give you plenty of time for ordering items, storing them and stocking shelves. Don't forget to adjust the price of the internet cafe to the maximum before they become "expensive" and put pot plants near every computer to get a 20% increase to the price people will pay. Also, each time the game loads it will reset some options - the price you charge per hour for the computers, the auto-approve and the automatic payment of bills. So make sure you change those back when you load the game. The real profits in this game come from the internet cafe, but the supermarket will level up much faster. The supermarket is a lot more effort than it's really worth IMO, but you're missing more than half the game if you don't use that feature. Still, if you want to make the maximum profit for the least amount of effort, just use the internet cafe and don't bother with the supermarket at all.
@@Elev8Up I've only placed around 20, but I've noticed there are always a few that aren't being used at any given time. That might be because of the price I'm charging (just a bit below "expensive"), but I think it's because I haven't replaced my initial cheap computer setup. I am adding the best computers my level allows, but going up in quality is very expensive and the extra hourly rate you can charge doesn't really justify their increased cost (IMO). I've spent 5 or 6 times the total cost of the starter computers buying the best equipment available, but the hourly rent only doubles. I think the most cost effective setup is to just buy more of the cheapest computer setups every time you can. In my current game, the income from the supermarket does exceed the income from the internet cafe. But from that gross profit I have to deduct the cost of goods sold and the wages for all my employees (well over $3k per day, IIRC). Aside from the cleaner (who is very cheap), I don't need any of those employees or items to sell, so if I deduct that my internet cafe is still well ahead when it comes to net profit. It still levels up a lot slower than the supermarket, but if your goal is to make money as quickly as possible I think there's no better way.
I like how you beat up one computer customer for walking out too slow so the next one freaking *raced* to get checked out. 🤣 That was amazing. This whole game was a blast. I love when there’s chaos in games like this, and it definitely delivered on that front. Also, there’s usually so much downtime in games where you’re doing the Internet cafe stuff (it’s amazing there’s multiple games like that), that adding the much more time intensive market checkout stuff was just a brilliant idea, imo. And I agree, that detail of people shopping before and after their computer time was great. It’s such a small thing but it makes the ai seem more realistic. Plus I like that customers did have a limit on how much they’ll spend but it’s much more forgiving than in most games. It’s enough of a profit that you can make easier progress if you want but not so much that you can truly break the system. I like that. I really, really like this game already. I hope you play more of it. I’d love to see what other items you can sell and see the store upgrades. 😊
Lol yeah definitely want to see more since I loved the super market sim series from you. Hope you upload another one very soon if your enjoying it as well.
It's so easy to aggro people in this game. I have done that while opening up packages so many times. And if you forget to press the E key and just mouse click instead you can beat people up who just want to pay. It's not a bad game, but it's very janky right now.
You know, with all of your assorted businesses being called "The Backyard" or some variation, you really should be saying 'Get off my lawn' instead of 'Get out of my store'
Do you have to pay an electric bill? You may want to make it a point to turn off the lights during the day... at least until you get more of a bank roll.
Are your customers incontinent? Like, what are they leaking everywhere?? Or is that just "ketchup" they're spreading around from all of your victims? Lmao :p
i was one of the people that recommended this game, but then i came to the conclusion the entire thing is actually a scam. like, the people from supermarket sim dropped development of that game, which is in early access, and launched this one instead, which has many of the features that supermarket sim was supposed to have, as they promissed (such as decor, cleaning, etc.). of course, i won't get ever confirmation of this, but the games are pretty similar and the dates match. I'm not buying this one in any case, if i could return the other one, I would.
@@stud781o as stated by who? it's a bit weird the supermarket sim dev seems to be more invested in saying that's the only game he is developing than in being mad at these people, that clearly stole his game.

Is there a max threshold for computers placed? If i place 50, will they all be used?

Haha, "I'm going to buy the fanciest table!" Then immediately buys the dinosaur of a computer setup.

It looks like after being sick you got overwhelmed pretty easily. Same in cafe owner sim

Looks to be a good start to an entertaining series!
Would definitely watch more of this . Great video ❤
Thanks! Enjoyed it as always. 🙂
Okay I’m loving this vid.😊
Now Grill is beating up his customers and stealing from them?! Lmao

@rodh1404 lol, i know. I'm just messing with @Grillmastah and feeding the algorithm.
Maybe the customers would like a plant on the computer tables.
I'm getting flashbacks to the 2020 "toilet paper shortage!"
I begin to sense a trend with these games.
You can double the price so $4 you can make it $8 And then if you put a plant on every table for the computers you get 20% more money
What if you had multiple shelves of lavender bleach? Would the customers care and/or buy more?

@elisabasta this game is a different developer than supermarket simulator
