what ever the lad hit with the tractor and plough , it was a solid mass , cant see nothing with the high drift , its amazing how fast the cars are travelling there , one would imagine it would have slower speeds on account of snow ploughing on the roads and be policed properly to stop accidents happening
@@norwegianfarmer6066 Blame is 50/50. Yes he couldn't see the curb for the snow. But he knew he was going down that ramp, he could've slowed down some.
happens all the time when plowing you can't see though snow and trust me that hurts the driver
