But Sir lil confusion about ' content of individual ' ___sir is it necessary that questionnaire should be framed as per the respondent's attributes _? like if Company has to hire aspirants , they frame questionnaire but sir that might not be as per the aspirants attributes __ it might be totally different or might not be __ then at that time is the questionnaire a questionnaire or what ??
