You're not a low level to beat this guy when you consider the gear you have. Beat him at mid or low 30s. I'm about to beat him at level 31. All you need is to just get incite and sidestep in as early as possible and then defeat him from there.
Good luck with that, also just saying but incite and sidestep is a bit hard to adjust to. I would need Olberic as a merchant and with the type of team setup I have that is going to be hard to adjust to.
I don't remember but I should have the best gear you could steal or find in the world after completing the main story (without doing any of the extra dungeon bosses).
