Because Xqc was a professional gamer and started his career off as a gaming content creator. Over time he started including more things like reactions and moved away from being just gaming content. As one of the biggest twitch streamers he plays the new games with a lot of hype for content, in the video it said “5 months later” and the first person to be mad was xqc and before the Doc pool scene, xqc speaking still on the 5 months later, said gaming is bullshit and he should just become a variety streamer who does reactions and easy stuff. This was their representation of mainly xqc but many gaming content creators.
