@@stegeI recommend the Darkest Hour mod, or TDH mod. It pushes the start date back to 1933, but historical is recommended. Or ya can try Kaiserreich mod. Either is an IDC situation cause I played both before. But it has been a while since I played Kaiserreich.

I can only imagine how everything will work with TNO2; having all the content cut off at uncertain positions and really blueballs you regardless of endstate with the only outlier being thermonuclear war which itself comes with no solid foundation but the devs are dancing around a canon because it would invalid your preferences in the 1962 start and require a lot of post-release retconning and planning when no one is going to conform anywhere near 100% with whatever they write up as a base and I can’t imagine anyone would take on the challenge of setting up content for every scenario but maybe that skeleton is what’s taking so long
I wish somebody would make a redux version of TNO. I love the scenarios in this mod, but the UI is scarring, the economy mechanic is needless, and much of the great and wacky scenarios have been removed! Many of these changes would greatly improve the mod and help more people play it. A lot of this is why I prefer Kaiserredux over Kaiserreich.

you should try out the new equistria at war submod (Where mustache man and his reich get transported to pony world and have to adapt) its really fun, but also try out the other mod linked in that mod, becuz its a world where the soviets, europeans, and americans leave their earth for the pony world, very interesting mod
