I go through this all the time. When I trade prop firms self sabotage every time I just pass my first phase and then my second phase I self sabotage myself sucks same cycle..but I still get out of my emotions and starts all over again.
The FOMO and being blinded by greed caused me to miss a sign that a reversal was coming in. bought in on the euphoria of just making $1500 off of a significant jump, just to lose it all. Video really helped me to reel myself back in and stick to my strat and not place money down on emotion, but strategy.
His 90 day is great. I'm in learning loop and trying to break out now. His trading is simple, and great for those of us that can get overwhelmed with too many strategies.
