One of the unitbarks for infantry translates to "Heavy armour in front of us!" ANd I keep checking where it is, then I realize its not context sensitive, just comes up randomly.
I really enjoy your videos. I just got into strategy games and mowas2 was the first one I bought. Your tutorials are very helpful. I have a question. As I move from one strategic point to another is there a way to keep them "secured"? After capturing a strategic point and move to the next I will get the message "you have lost a strategic point" from the one I left and lose the % of mission completed. Given the size of the squads how do you keep control of strategic points as you move on to complete the mission? Thanks
ahh depends on the map really. I haven't played skirmish since the game was released maybe 4 years ago. So I can't give you any specific feedback . If you have a specific unit you have trouble fighting I might be able to suggest a counter.
oh ok. I do hope this gets sorted out soon. I kinda get sick of playing 1v1 in pub and get insulted when I beat my opponent. And also the puppy stomper in 2v2 or 3v3
ahh unfortunately the game and competitive community is in decline. This is most likely the last tournament until the next new game that we love comes out.
May I ask, what is this "new game" that you guys are looking forward to. As far as I know, The only new game that DMS is developing is Call to Arms, and that isn't near as good as MoW: AS2 right now in its current state.
Yea, 40 mm AAs are dominant if you play a faction without one. You gamed him nicely. These 40mils ruin the game tbh. Addendum: - slow on timers - don't get mgs if you don't have a large buffer ( suppresion mechanic bullshit ) - spam grenades with hotkey - when a part of a map is uncontested run in infantry until you find the enemy -flame fuckers in buildings and very important - more eyes on minimap less on the actual game screen gg oldman :)
i still think they are absurdly good. what with nimrod and that 20mm that i can't spell or pronounce. also their infantry seems very good, especially in prices and grenades
+thechosenonenumber Their LMG is rather middling, and they lack a semiautomatic rifle, but the SMGs are fucking beasts firirng essentially intermediate cartridges. And those grenades? They were historically impact fused. Quiet possibly the best grenade in the world at the time.
Well done! that was a new strat compared with the last game!
"I feel like a messenger of my own demise"
That's quite a poetic way of putting it, GG MrPringles and well done Strat

tbf it is a fairly old game now.. and the mods haven't helped, as they have split up the competitive community

gg oldman :)
Those young punks always look down on the old school players. We were actually good back in the day.
am i the only one getting bored to death of hungary, uk and japan?
Uk and Japan definitely mate, Hungary is at least interesting
ah yep, seems like those nations are the best for most players in this mod.

The 20mm is spelled Chaba. :)
