Hey, thanks so much for listening, watching and commenting guys! Yeah, Scott Baio really is fascinating fun and just an all around a good human being ! Appreciate all the support.
I really love the podcasts!! They are so interesting!! You have a variety of people who are amazing in their own way!! Thanks for all you and others do!! Keep up the great work!!
Wow, I have to say this was so educational. I worked with him as a kid on Charles and charge, but I never until this day. I have heard his entire bio and learned about his history. Not to this length. I do remember him in Bugsy Malone as a kid and that was brilliant. What a handsome kid he was. What a career.
Scott Baio's early departure from Diagnosis Murder provided him a rare opportunity to do a number of interesting television films and independent movies. Among them, 3 are worthy of artistic recognition and reevaluation : VERY MEAN MEN, ITALIAN TIES and THE BREAD, MY SWEET. The last one should have earned Scott an Oscar nomination as Best Lead Actor In A Motion Picture.
What a fascinating podcast! True confession: back in the 70's, I had such a crush on Scott. :-) I watched many of the shows he was on (like every other teenage girl back then) and enjoyed them all. Thanks for another inspiring episode. Love this podcast, David. You are offering such an amazing educational format for those of us out here who are still dreaming 'til our dreams come true! I believe that making dreams a reality at any age is possible if you believe in yourself, align yourself with your true life calling and put in the work to earn an opportunity to shine! As a published author, blogger and (now) an aspiring amateur podcaster, I am soaking up every bit of content you put out. Love your new book too. Keep up the great work. You are providing a wonderful service for faith-based performers, and I pray that God will richly bless all of your endeavors going forward!
Scott is great! I didn’t realize “Joanie loves Chachi” only lasted 17 episodes. Glad he had Henry. It seems like he really helped to calm and encourage him. But man, I feel so old 😂
Unfortunately, Henry Winkler sadly appears to be lashing out at Scott and other people in public just recently because he now regrets voting for Joe Biden as President.
I had always wanted to ask Scott why he acted so uncomfortable at the Happy Days reunion. Garry Marshall was trying to include him on the celebration, but Scott acted like an outsider. However, you could see that other actors weren’t exactly making him feel welcome for some reason. Good to see you, Scott!
@@chazarcola7639 It was that moment where Garry Marshall was asking Scott about where he was sitting and trying to encourage him to talk about his role on the show. It might be a different reunion we’re talking about, but Scott would not say much. I wonder if he was upset about the Joanie Loves Chachi show that brought back a bad memory? Not sure.
Another great podcast, David! Your choices are well thought out. Scott's time to share was super. Fun to reminisce on the shows with you two. Have you reached out to Lisa Welchel for an episode on the podcast yet? Just an idea.😊
Love Scott! Had his poster and Andy Gibb on my wall when I was a kid in the 70s! I have been watching him ever since. Yes, there are a lot more shows he did, hope he comes back to talk more. There was an "after-school" movie (remember those?) he did called Stoned that I always remembered, and a movie on Netflix. I don't remember the name of it, but it was a love story and he was a pizza boy deliverer. I love romance stuff! And am glad he made a movie on Pure Flix. I've watched it a couple times! Anyhow, thanks David! I'm a big fan! Love your show!! 🎥📺💻❤
