I'm pretty sure that at the point in time this picture is supposed to (theoretically) take place Vegeta and Trunks have far outpaced Piccolo as they both easily thrashed Semi-Perfect Cell when Piccolo Couldn't even beat Imperfect-Cell and Goku and Gohan could both fight somewhat competently against Perfect Cell who made mincemeat out of Vegeta and whom Trunks could only face when bulked up to the point of being way too slow to fight efficiently. (Sorry for the rant didn't mean to be rude I just couldn't help myself)

It feels me with a bit of regret. In the Japanese version of DBZ, they decide to go with the classic style OST for the series which is just 80’s style music whereas this OVA they decide to use music more in line with the early 90’s and it was awesome

Literally didn't know this was from this ova. Literally watching it for the first time and heard on of the test themes and looked up the soundtrack. Chaosx has some amazing taste.

Pero también hay que decir que los OST de Broly 2018 son algunos de los mejores de la franquicia. Incluso me atrevo a decir que varios correspondientes al torneo de fuerza, superan a algunos de la saga de Majin Boo.

Such a criminally underrated OVA. Honestly, this is way better than the movies released from recent years.... Yeah, I said it. suck it. And I mean the original, not the bullshit Raging Blast version
the core idea for that movie was great, also the Hatchiyak itself as basically that what later(?) became Cell cuz apparently the Hatchiyak was some beta design or something for Cell or viceversa. Wish Cell had that kinda gimmick tho with his charge shot by storing up energy from others before that. Now thinking about it sounds like it SHOULD have been perfect Cell's gimmick all along because of Cell's gimmick to absorb and built upon the fusion of ideas combined to make life hard for the Z Fighters.
Now that there's a dlc 13, hopefully dlc 14 will bring hatchiyack from raging blast 2 into dbx2 it already has turles slug, Frieza, and cooler so they need to do the plan to eradicate the super Saiyan story mode.
Not the best. Definitely one of the best. It had the best ova soundtrack though hands down. The best DBZ OVA imo was Dragonball Z ova #7 3 Super Sayajin vs Super Android 13. Had hard hitting action from start to finish.
That's right, the music of a final boss and it sounds pretty incredible, the funny thing is that this ost is also heard in the final boss of the game, that is, Hachiyak

At the point where SSJ Gohan is a thing at all, Vegeta and Trunks have far surpassed Piccolo and Goku has in turn far surpassed them.
This picture doesn’t even make any sense because Gohan doesn’t go SSJ2 in the OVA
