- Hi everyone! Today we are renovating an apartment that came with the City Living expansion pack. This apartment is 702 Zenview. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and No CC.
I have uploaded this apartment in two parts to the gallery and have included a tutorial of how to place it at the end of the video as the stairs can be quite tricky.

when i go to place down ground floor stairs turn yellow and disappear after placement

How did you do the stairs? When I place the lot the stairs disappear and I can't figure out how to put them back. It won't let me place them. I'm on xbox
I know it’s been forever since a response but I was having the same issue but you need to make sure to put the fence on the stairs on the second floor.
@6:02 is when she do it. It’s essential when you place the ground lot

Can I have the tray files please?
I couldn’t get this apartment to place on my game. It kept saying I couldn’t make changes outside the lot when I had move objects on and would make me place it one tile away from the wall. Also it would be nice if you could say what stairs you used and what railing because I couldn’t find the ones you used
Did you bulldoze everything first? I'm not sure why it won't place, it works fine for me when i test it.
Stairs are base game and railings are from seasons ❤
