how's the quality of the carbon fiber? only frame of reference i have is the benchmade carbon fibers, and I think those are nice.
are demko carbon fibers good quality or the cheap kind?
Well, there are strong opinions about that. It’s not some amazing Fat Carbon, fantastic marbled or shredded kind. It’s a twill pattern with a textured top layer. It could be call peal-ply, but it does not seem like G10 underneath. I like the texture for a work knife. I’d say that it’s okay to good. It’s not phenomenal or great.
Is this a real carbon fiber???
I’m pretty sure that this peel ply carbon fiber on G10. I’m not sure but the texture is much better than G10.
Maybe next time don’t speed up the process, it’s more informative doing it real time and explaining what you are doing, I found myself watching a different video because yours was not informative whatsoever. Please next time take the time to explain everything in detail and not speed anything up.
Appreciate your thoughts, but I have 100’s of other videos on taking a knife apart, installing Skiffs, etc. I have 7 different videos for AD20.5 alone swapping scales, installing Skiffs, etc.
On that note & considering all of the AD20.5 videos, what slowed down would be helpful? My first scale/Skiff caged bearing swaps took an hour or more and people hated them because they went so slow.
It sounds like you have specific questions, which I try to answer as I have time. I also have livestreams where you can ask questions, too.
