Yung SP and OWP kasi andito na sa Canada, and meron ako dalawa kids sa Pinas aged 12 & 5. Yung ilagay ko ba sa Box no. 1 ay yung eldest ko or ako? Sa video mo kasi sabay kayo ni OWP at SP minor naglodge at ikaw ang andun. Salamat po in advance. 🙏😊

I am applying for study permit online, I am from Afghanistan and currently reside in Afghanistan, there is no Visa Application center and VFS in Afghanistan, so I have to go to Pakistan for biometric, so what should I put in question 9 "Country or Territory where applying", Afghanistan or Pakistan? thank you in advance.

Questions lang po:
I am currently employed (w/o business).
- required po ba ang ITR?
- sa Client Information lang po ba may table of contents or pati sa Proof of Means section?
- I don't have COE with my very first job way before I continue and finish college. Is it okay?
- Not a requirement but it's good to jave to prove how much you can earn annually..
- I only did a Table of Contents sa client info ko hindi na sa proof of funds. I started thay with a cover letter then every succeeding document, I just pit a heading/title just to let the VO know what document is that.
- How long was the duration of that job? And is it connected to the program you are taking? Will you be mentioninh that job experience as one of the basis why you intend to take the program? If yes and you don't have COE, then provide any proof na lang like job contract, ID and payslips. If not naman then it's fine.

I didn't take EILTS which is being asked when applying. However, I took Duolingo English test since it is acceptable in the school I applied. Would you recommend including the Duolingo in Client Info?

IELTS was asked in the questionnaire to determine lang if SDS ka or reg stream.
Hello po, I have UCI po from my previous tourist visa sa Canada rin. Do I use it for my student visa application as well or just leave it blank po?
Hello po! Ask ko lang po regarding sa work experience, any advice po kung ano po ilalagay kapag wala pa pong experience kasi fresh grad pa lang po? Pwede ko po bang ilagay na Fresh Graduate or No Employment na lang din po? hehe and in other case naman po if may work experience, ang idedeclare lang po ba is yung work for the past 10 years? hindi na po kasama yung work if more than 10 years ago na po?
Another question po isa regarding naman po sa family information form po, dun sa "will accompany you to canada", pano po pag nasa canada na yung father, should I click yes pa rin po or no na po?

Hi, I made a mistake for filling out form IMM1295, the citizenship was incorrect, I already informed IRCC regarding this and they answered my email. They said the documents was added and updated my file but due to technical issue it may not be visible to my online account and if Im waiting for documents to my inquiry the only response is email. My question do I have to go for biometric request carrying my current letter with wrong citizenship . Thanks for your help.
Hi ms melanie. Do we need to scan the old passport? And what do you mean by stamps? Visa stamps or all any other stamp?
Yes scan all passport and the pages na may tatak (ung tinatatak every time dadaan ng immigration palabas and papasok ng bansa)

May question lang ako regarding sa "funds available for my stay," Okay lang ba na mas mababa yung amount sa funds available for my stay compared sa Tuition Fees? Ang applicant po is Sponsored ng family member na Canadian citizen na. Then, ang nilagay sa funds available ay yung required amount lang ng Proof of Funds. Okay lang po ba yun? or kailangan ba na mas mataas ang available funds for my stay kesa Tuition Fees?
POF required for solo applicant is 10K cad + 1 year tuition fee so dapat either almost same amount ang POF or mas mataas (which is much better)

Ahh ok since declared na ung married name nya, yun na ang ilalagay nya na family name sa app. Then lagay nya rin ung maiden name nya dun sa question na have you ever used a different name..

Hi Ms. Melanie. What if I just married recently and haven't changed my last name to any of my ID or document, do I still need to click YES on the question "Have you ever used any other name?" in the IMM1294E form? Thank you!
Yes you still need to declare that you are married eventhough single name ka pa sa lahat ng documents. Magpoprovide ka parin naman ng narriage certificate so that will be the basis.
Ms. Mel, bakit po error pag upload? Ung form na i downloaded and filled up is from the link of the documents checklist nman..meaning updated form sya..ok nman po ung size nya..
Possible na meron kang hindi match na sagot sa form and sa questionnaire

Yung nasa form is the most recent and yung hindi kakasya, like I mentioned sa video, iinclude mo Client Info mo.

No need. Dapat walang lalabas na ganyang form for single app

It should all be in one file po that's why it's recommended to make a table of contents to make it easier for the VO 👌

Hindi nyo po sya ibabawas sa cost of study, but anything you have already paid sa tuition must be included in your total funds available

Isang file lang ang pwede mong iupload sa proof of means so dapat lahat sama sama sa isang file

Yes kailangan mo muna magenroll sa school bago ka makapagapply ng study visa/permit.. Mageemail ka lang sa school usually nasa website naman nila kung ano ano mga reqt para makakuha ka ng letter of acceptance.

Hi Mam, salamat sa pagsagot. Verify ko lng din pu, in reference to 21:56, yung Funds available ng student ba, di isasali ang 3TCAD ng anak? Kaya pagdating sa IMM1294 ng anak, ilalagay doon sa Others 3TCAD, tapos Funds Available ng applicant is net of 3T? Para mag coincide ang amount, tama po ba?
Lahat lahat po ng available funds kahit sa minors. Same kami ng mga anak ko ng funds available

Actually, on the process na yung application.. na stuck lang talaga ako sa online application.. nalito ako kung saan e upload yung mga immig forms kasi wala namang section doon na naghingi ng immig forms. Ang hinihingi doon ay LOA, PAL, proof of funds, Marriage certificate, at letter from the school. May idea kaba nyan kabayan?

Kung kasal po then yung date of marriage nyo na ang masusunod wala naman po problem dun kung nagkaanak kayo before marriage

Lastname + Given Name or Given name + Lastname.

Nakasulat sa taas ng form yung instruction. You can reprint yung page 1 then fill out and sign and attach it all together sa tab ng family information mismo wag na sa client info. Format ng names na nilagat ko is first name + last name

Nakalagay po dun sa gckey ang mga acceptable formats di ko lang matandaan anu ano yun but for me yes I converted it to PDF

Kung wala ka pong coop at lumabas yang evidence tab, that means mali po ang sagot nyo sa questionnaire sa umpisa dun sa tanong na "is work essential to yout study".. Nag yes ka dun kaya hinihingan ka ng proof

Madam question po ano po yung evidence of work requirements in study?
Nabanggit ko po sa video na yan po ay kapag may COOP. Minsan may separate coop letter letter iniissue ang school ung iba naman wala kasi nakalagay sa loa na may coop. Yun ang iaattach sa part na yun.
Ok po madam pinanood ko ulit tama po nakalagay pla sa LOA kung may internship oh wala. Ok copy po salamat po ng madami
Ask lang po.. Kung hindi po Coop yung program anu po ilalagay sa evidence of work requirement study..
Kung wala pong coop sa program, dapat walang tab na lalabas ma evidence of work.. Kung may ganyang tab, it means mali sagot mo sa questionnaire. Balikan mo and iedit mo ang sagot mo 😊

Hi, thanks for this kind of walk-thru. But, I just want to ask about my situation. I recently got my LOA and I'll be lodging my application soon but during my time of writing my SOP I wasn't able to declare my current job since I was just recently hired as in before I lodge my application so will it be a red flag if I won't be able to declare my current new work? Since I only declared my previous work and company
Since you mentioned that you are still about to lodge your app then you still have the chance to edit your SOP and include your current work.
@mrs_melanie_lim thanks for the insight, ask lang po ung IMM1294e yung sa part na nag ask ng "do you have a national id document?" Na nakapag register ng para sa national id kaso hindi naman naka receive pa ng ID card ano po ilalagay? TIA po
Pwede ka naman mag No na dun ang problem din ng iba kasi may expiry date na hinihingi sa form pero wala daw nakalagay na expiry date sa national ID ng pinas kaya nag No na lang
I had applied for an EE , I am not in the pool as the profile expired. Should I add that here for the question "Have you previously applied to enter or remain in Canada? Please answer
No po sya since hindi ka napick naman sa pool so you did not go through the actual pr app
@@mrs_melanie_lim HI, Mam, similar to Lubna, i created EE profile and they immediatlely replied "not eligible-to be in pool- low ielts etc" is it considered "tried to apply"? ALSO, i created EOI (expression of interest for provinces related sa provincial nominees, i didnt receive anu ITA or update. DO i have to tick YES and explain? pls advise thank you so much
No po sya kasi hindi kayo napili/nabigyan ng ITA so technically hindi ka pa umabot sa application process itself

Date today lang. Di kasi lwede maglagay ng date in thr future so usually kung kelan maglalodge dun din nilalagyan ng date which is ung date today

Dapat po meron kayo nung form na yun dahil it's the Use of a Family Member Representative. Kung DIY po kayo meaning walang agency, si main student applicant ang tatayong representative ng buong family. Balikan nyo po yung questionnaire sa simula baka po may mali kayong naisagot kaya hindi nagenerate yung form na yun.

Hi! Hmm in our case we are based in Singapore but nagPH lodged ako meaning sagot ko sa #7, 8,9 sa IMM1294 is PH, SG, YES. But the addresses in all of my forms and even sa LOA ks our SG address. It's also stated in my SOP na currently living in SG kami.

Hello po. Regarding sa passport, my current passport is my 2nd na. Ung una po ay knuha ng DFA nung nag renew aq kc considered as damaged na. Ok lng po b un? Kc dineclare q sa SOP na nag visit dn po aq sa hongkong, malaysia at macau pro tig less than 1 week lng po un as tourist lng. Thank u po in advance.
