Pffff, can't stop crying! The ceremony was the most moving thing I saw in my life... and I lived a lot, as i'm the age of my great compatriot Roger Federer. Nadal cried almost as much as Roger. Mirka, Lynette and Robert, and the 4 kids of Roger, all the family cried a lot too of course. I saw Tsitsipas crying, Ruud a bit, Berrettini too, Taylor Fritz also, and even ND cracked up in the end; and many spectators obviously. Easier to count the people who didn't cry at all.
Life's a strange old business and whether you've got nothing but the clothes on your back, or you're a tennis legend, you only get one chance at it, and it eventually comes to an end. Roger Federer is a class act - as a player, all the great qualities, values and standards rolled into one, and a great role model for us all. :)
