Bucky has always been my favorite part of the MCU tbh. He was the MVP of The Winter Soldier. Still the best MCU film imo. Then they nerfed him after. Hopefully this is the comeback.
I have a theory about that. I feel that the reason they are rarely showing this Taskmaster is because I have a feeling that this Taskmaster in the movie will die because at least one of the characters will die in this movie. This Taskmaster is barely getting shown and also not having at least one piece of dialogue in both trailers. With all of this happening this will lead to the OG Taskmaster aka Tony Masters finally taking his title back and debut in the MCU.
Flipping and shooting a shot gun while riding a motorcycle, wearing a leather jacket and sunglasses, and having a metal arm with a previous reputation of being an almost impossible to stop killing machine. No that's not Tom Cruise Mission Impossible inspired. That's Terminator 2 inspired.
Also its been sometime we got a marvel team up movie( except guardians who were already a team) with all the new and old characters introduced in phase 3 and 4. Hopefully its a fun time as the banter between these characters gonna be main hold of the movie.

I still remember Spider-Man stopping Buckys arm and looking at it like it was nothing , and in this he is Flipping 2 plus ton vehicle's like its nothing! Just shows you how incredibly strong Spider-Man is!!!
I can't help but believe that Sebastian Stan was the right choice and I totally agree that he is the Winter Soldier. And he keeps showing off and it totally kills it!!!

He is an aged Red Guardian. In his prime probably in the 80's, he was a decent comparison to Captain America. His serum only gave him about 50% the performance capabilities of the serum Steve Rogers and Bucky were given. So we have to keep that in mind as well. Half the serum and aged. 😝😋
Yes Red Guardian and US Agent don't look as cool, strong and menacing as they could, but I think this is rather the point. They are the knock-off Caps, Sam is the heir of Cap and the others are not. I think this movie has a redemption arc for them and that may, in the end, be mirrored in their suits/appearances. Also Red Guardian is the comic relieve in this (something that Habour excells in) and the cheap look helps with that, too.

We saw glimpses of it in falcon and winter soldier but it seem like Bucky is now fully able to access his winter soldiers training without fear returning to his darker self. About fucking time, I've missed that badass cyborg.
I just realized they probably can’t call themselves The Thunderbolts because President Ross probably asked Val to recruit them secretly while trying to clean his identity up after what happens in Cap 4 which Bucky would understand as an (apparently) now active politician of sorts… I’m guessing lol
I actually avoided this trailer, until it came up in an ad and I gave in. I am more excited now, but I do have one gripe. I grew up watching the Ultimate Spider-Man series on Disney XD, where I was introduced to and fell in love with Taskmaster. I was so disappointed in Black Widow with how they did that character. With the design they used, and Taskmaster being a woman in this movie, they look and feel way too similar to Ghost (I'm secretly hoping to get a new Taskmaster after Secret Wars; maybe in Spider-Man 4?). I am still interested in how this movie will turn out, and I'm more excited. P.S., I didn't know Sentry was going to be in this!
You know why I watch you? We disagree constantly on whats good and whats bad but I like the way you do it. It feels real and me as someone who admits I am really easy to please needs that outward "this sucks" perspecitive sometimes
Soon as I saw Bucky in this trailer do what he does I immediately said “he should’ve been the new Cap”. Then he sacrifices himself & hands it to Falcon. But I’m hopeful they both don’t disappoint. But won’t be surprised if they do. But these trailers gave me hope.

Given that this seemingly hasn't had any reshoots yet, I'm holding up hope that it'll be great. I feel like Thunderbolts and Captain America 4 will either be very similar in quality or one will excel over the other. But I'm intrigued in both of them. Just hope Lego are as well and do proper sets and loads of minifigures for Thunderbolts.
