- MY FIRST EVER POSTED MAP IS FINALLY DONE!!! WOHOOOO!! I cannot express how happy I am!! All, and I mean ALL participants did a FANTASTICAL and AMAZING JOB, please go subscribe and show support to all of them, they can be found in the official playlist listed down below!! They chose such good ships as well and a lot of them deserve more subs since many of them are crucially underrated!
☀️ ABOUT THE MAP: ☀️
‘Moving to Neptune’ is a Multi Animator Project (MAP) that’s main focus is on RARE SHIPS/PAIRS from Warrior Cats. The participants had to pick a very rare ship (usually an AU) from Warriors, but as long as it’s NOT abusive or incest. and they were super creative with their own individual ship choices and interpretations. Participants had to follow a specific art direction/color palette of a sunset!
❗️IMPORTANT NOTE: A LOT of ships are AUs (alternative universes/headcanons, sometimes where enemy characters are in a romantic relationship! By this logic all toxic elements & traits are removed)

It's always so fun seeing what people choose for their favorite rare pairs. Sometimes they're ships that really ought to be more common, sometimes they're incredibly obscure without knowing the context, and sometimes they're things I never thought of but can instantly see the vision. This map's got a lot of the latter. Like Leafpool x Sol? I can see what they're doing there, and I'm liking it. Half the ships in this map are that, and it's helped by how absolutely adorable all these parts are. The artists did a fantastic job!

the dude who did the Leaf x Sol part here, I originally just thought “what if I ship them lol” because they’re my two favorite characters but then it was like “pretty atheist rouge man tells pretty doctor who is harassed by her gods that her religion is unfair and she should do what makes her happy instead,,,, and maybe Mothwing can join in as well”

i actually have a fanfic i made of my rare shipping pairs living happily in thunderclan and mapleshade and myler were one! i think i even added them having kits together and maple naming one after patchkit. i think i’ll have to reread it soon and check out the ships i did!:)
Honestly I'm going to start a petition for Ashfur and Bramble to be together. They're both stinky and deserve each other. They can find happiness together.

They've been a really really big comfort ship for me ever since I first read the 2nd arc and I'm currently in the middle of a slight obsession (again...) and seeing them in this map made me genuinly SO HAPPY AAAA I love it!!
I had tears in my eyes when i saw th Alderheart x Needletail part. I always shipped them, and i really wish it was canon, even though it's confirmmed that Alderheart id have feelings for Needletail, i feel like they both left so much unsaid.

Honestly!! I shipped them so much during the journey! (The only reason I liked reading the Midnight Arc) I don't really understand the hype with crow and leafpool, I don't think they had any contact aside from crow saving her from the cliff and him being escorted out of thunderclan by leafpool, I think?

I love Minnowtail x Hazeltail! It's basically the fun alternative of "what if I steal my brother's girlfriend" from Hazeltail's perspective! Love it!
I dunno why, but I'm now loving the NightCloud x MapleShade dynamic in this map.
I had my own unpopular opinion of Mapleshade ships... One being more of an chatoic emotional support like an opposite side spectrum for SpottedLeaf or one with maple and ashfur.
While mainly not to into it romantically, but they'd at least get along well... Hell, I'm shocked they didn't get book-time together with how relatable they are.

edit: It upsets me how many comments there are about ships that they don’t like- It’s alright if you don’t like them, but you don’t have to comment about it. Each artist put hard work and effort into their part, and they deserve to not be criticized here. Just let people have fun and draw their silly fictional cats being in love for a little while.

My favorite rarepairs from this map are probably flametail and dove, squirell and crow, and myler and maple shade! All parts came out so fantastic!! And now I have this whole flamedove au in my brain LETS GO FLAMEDOVE BRAINROT AHHH!! BTW LOVE ALL THE ANIMATIONS AND THIS MAP IN GENERAL!

Wow this map is amazing! One of my favorite rare ships *here me out* is foxleap x dovewing bc throughout sign of the moon when dove and fox went to the mountains w Jayfeather, I felt like fox was totally crushing on dove lol anyway I rlly love this concept and all the parts are beautiful!!

I love this! I've made content on one or more of these ships when I was in the Warriors fandom. I like seeing people do things with some of the lesser-known and rare ships in the fandom. I especially like seeing what reasons people have to ship different characters. My only suggestion would to be to write the ships themselves somewhere on the bottom of the screen (like near where the usernames are) so lazy people like me don't have to scroll XD

Yeah, im a fan of warriors, and yeah, its not the roblox game that im talking about. But i to know how youtube literally knows that i love seeing W.Cats maps that i have never seen in my recomendations, then i searched for literally ANIMAL JAM PHANTOM ICE CAVERNS ENDING and this map appeared. It was the destiny, and im glad im here. Thanks for reading my non-sense sentence.

Awwwwwwww! I used to have a SpottedLong AU as a result of a challenge where I had to pick two Warriors characters by rolling the dice and write a developed love story with the characters I assigned to the numbers on the dice (I don't think I gave it an ending though?). Personally I prefer SpottedMouse, but this ship has some special place in my heart. However, I think they were related, but PatchRobin makes no sense whatsoever and it's like, one of the most ridiculous pre-TPB pairings revealed by the authors.

people shouldn't hate on anyone's art! And there's no need to feel scared, everyone has their own style and experience/journey with their art, and no one should hate someone's artistic liberties & choices!
I mean, I never got hate (yet) for my own art, so it really isn't scary to showcase your stuff! And a map always features multiple artists/animators! :>
