I’ve my 6th lord mercury in 1st house in Aries and I was told by someone who does tantric/aghori rituals that I’ll get cancer related to my reproductive system around age 35-40. Also don’t expect Return of my Karma, I forgot things easily of whatever I do for others. I also get loads of obstacles in the beginning of any task but I’m very persistence in my approach with very positive mindset I guess because of Mars in 12th lord.
