I think short term for Crowdstrike will get ugly but long term I believe it will yield good returns. I think over time, the importance of cybersecurity is showing. I am not buying it rn but It’s on my watchlist.

I fully agree with your analysis here. I'd be interested to know if you think LW is a value trap or deep value following yesterday's crash. It is now the 2nd worst S&P component in 2024 after WBA.

Yup PEG valuing at 2x PE earnings is what I do as well for growth companies.
I'm doing move conservative 10 + 1x growth. 11-13 pe for slow-growers. 30 pe for fast growers. >20% growth is not sustainable.
Can you make another video updating Evolution AB stock ? I just cannot belive how undervalue the stock is. A blended PE 17 for a company growing 15% and net margin of 53%.

I previously calculated based on discounted FCF it’s about $250 fair value. But now with the legal issue I’m not even interested at $250

I think this event will cause some companies who may have partnered with them to rethink, slowing growth going forward. If it hits 200, I'll sell buts 25% lower
I'm thinking now is the time to look for another cybersecurity company as the dissatisfied customers of Crowdstrike might look for an alternative.

It hasn been said that insurance company like Zurich insurance, AIG, Travellers and anothter one will pay for that.
I think that most of problems for crowdstrike is not insurance but the confidence of customers

I don't think Crowdstrike has hit their bottom yet. Here's what I know happened.
They had software update. Wherever the software was installed, it cause the system to continually go to BSOD (blue screen of death), again and again. Another update, cannot fix this, you need a tech to go out, and fix it. It is installed on millions and millions of computers. Business companies, airports, stock traders, grocery store chains, finance companies, are all affected.
If a tech, has to go out, to every single computer, this will cost billions. To cover the losses of all businesses not being able to run from this problem, trillions.
Too risky for me.
This company has lost the.trust that organisation had in the company, nothing else matter and this organisation is doomed sell if you are still holding the shares. This organisation claims to protect business but happen is they are more dangerous than hackers why would any CTO pay to have a hacker in house and he lose his job??
They were riding the wrong horse the whole time. Should’ve invested with Nancy Pelosi in Palo Alto.

You’d better hope all the big companies that spend hundreds of thousands with them to NOT have outages don’t all jump ship from this. Otherwise their revenue will plummet, that will kill their high valuation based on growth and it will dump hard. You’ll find out in the next 2 quarters I guess.
