In the case of the covers its’t not worth the hassle with all the chemicals. For the tank and pieces that are coated with multiple layers it’s propably a good idea to remove the paint first.🏍

For the valve covers you should have started with a degreaser paint stripper the blast would have been easier!

Would it have made sense to use paint remover before sand blasting?
