Forget your media driven mainstream artists Aurora is at a different level, as a live performer she is head and shoulders above anyone else with every song she transports you to the very place she sings about her songwriting ability is outstanding filled with lyrics that makes you think deeply about life and the world we live in she calls her songs her little children and it’s easy to see why as she delivers them with so much love,I’m so blessed to have her music her words of poetry in my life she simply is the essence of what the true art of music should be all about.GENIUS ❤️

She was like a small child that has found the sweety jar! A look of divillment on her face, she was enjoying every moment of this.

    Great reaction🤗
She has been in the Norwegian talk show “Lindmo” several times, love that show😍😍
    And this performance is awesome😍
In this song she also uses her own made up language 👍
Aurora is so unique (I know I use that word a lot, but it’s true😅)❤️

It's interesting that you said she was born to perform. In her first couple years as an artist, she didn't like performing. She just wanted to do the writing side, and was very uncomfortable performing live. But over time she's grown to love it. If you ever watch a fan recording of one of her "regular" concerts (not heavily produced like this one), she does a lot of interacting with the crowd and she's all over the stage having a great time. It's like a big party. It's great to see.
Regarding the choreographed dancing, she took dance classes for years as a child, before she became a singer. So, she can "proper" dance if she wants to, but I think she prefers to "ugly dance" (her words), where it's totally freeform and she just does what she feels like in the moment. She has said ugly dancing is the best kind of dancing. And as a fan, that's when I enjoy her performances the most, when it's just raw, with no choreography. But I'm glad she can and does both. Not sure if you've seen the Apple Tree official music video, but that has a lot of choreographed dancing in it. Very cool song and video.
    Thanks and take care! 🤟

Agreed, from personal experience. Her stream of conciousness comments between songs are just a wonder. A door into how her mind works, different from most, like a child with a fully grown brain.

As always very cool reaction and of course always a joy to listen to Aurora :). And I also think all vocals was live. There was Silja Sol (she always sounded great with Aurora great). Also I saw numerous times that other band members are also capable to make harmonies with her.

Epic performance and one of my favorite songs! "Tricky" indeed, and it's what makes her live performances so special. I've flown/driven long distances to see her twice so far and would do so again because of moments like these. I appreciate the genuineness of these reactions and look forward to more!

2:27 You say "tricky" ... Yes, she's bouncing around singing in an imaginary language and keeping perfect time and pitch ... but that's Aurora for us 😍
She was a dancer before she was 'discovered' so when she cuts loose she can really move ...
The 'Winter Bird' official video shows one side of her abilities and the 2018 La Cigale, Paris concert has dancers 😜

Ahhhh... you got to the live-on-Lindmo performance of 'Forgotten Love'. It is beautifully sung along with a cool dance interpretation!! Thank you for your reaction ... with insight as a drummer.
Steve, just for yourself (since you'll hardly do another reaction to the same song) please have a listen to a stripped down version with only acoustic guitar and Fredrik and Silja backing vocals for Aurora. The performance and recording are stunning!

She claim to be in her element when she writes, compose and record music - not when she performs. At stage she loses herself and become a medium.
