I’ve never been so happy for an ad break. 😂 Thank you!

That last half-way hold + leg and arm raise/lower was such a challenge! It felt good to do it. I was just imagining how much I miss going to the gym but when I pushed through, I realized that I have been growing stronger with just my body-weight at home. Weight training is awesome but I feel more confident knowing that I can handle my own body.
Love the slow movements and walking through the form rather than focusing on speed- it has improved my connection with my body soo much. I LOVE feeling my way through every twist and movement- pilates is fun!

I started doing your workouts 2 weeks ago and I've found them very beneficial. I'm strengthening and also getting a nice shape back in my body. I find them relaxing also and your teaching methods/instructions are easy to understand. I was in a coma last year and its been a hard road and I'm grateful for your help. x

First time doing an intermediate workout! It was tough, but not brutal. I definitely feel the abs! But that is wonderful! Like others, my side plank was ugly but it was my first attempt like this. It will get better!

Love these quick workouts as I'm getting myself back into shape after stopping most activity to allow a back injury to heal and outings are restricted with Covid lockdowns in Italy so I don't walk as much as before. I'm doing 1-2 of your quick workouts daily now as I target specific areas and rotate where I want to focus.
Jessica, this new video did throw me off just a little when you put the sponsored (I assume) bit in the last part as I thought the workout was over and had put away my mat as I was still listening. Maybe at the end or at the beginning of the workout would be a better placement for this sort of thing. I completely understand you doing them and I do also appreciate this added input about nutrition needed. I'd love to see some recommendations for recipes I can try at home if you know any since I'm not able to buy many US products where I live and need some healthy go-to snacks when I teach online all day. Cookies (my weakness) are not acceptable as I know I need to cut back on my sugar intake and vegetables get boring really quickly for me. Do you know of a recipe for some sort of protein cookies?

Try bending your knees and keeping your knees on the ground when you lift your hips!

Should I stay with beginners abs if I’m at level 4 of a prolapse and waiting for surgery, or is it still safe to do this one? Thanks!

Nice session. I appreciate you not using music. I don't mind ads; but I wish you would've put it at the beginning instead of the midway point. Going for a while then stopping threw me off

Bummer you have an AD in the middle of your workout video. In the beginning or end would be better because it interrupts the workout.. I understand this is free and we can pay to subscribe, but...
