Epic revamping of The Shadow Monarch (No Quirks Allowed) version!!! Only problem is if his government recruited Izuku to be a Hunter they would have informed his mother that he qualified to intern in a paid Heroe Analysis/Support group/ whatever fits, to pacify Inko to not worry and remove him from public school! They would have informed her of the training and various last-minute "projects" that would occur requiring Izuku's immediate presence!! Having him lie for nine months straight or just for a week not coming home and becoming muscular and confident providing no really valid explanation to Inko is flowing away from the narrative that Izuku wants to help others and protect Japan, but first scare the already overprotective Inko while not making sure his own mother & sister minds are at ease as well as financially compensated for!!! If his government wasn't going to do the above, it would have been easier to "dissappear" him to be abducted into becoming an obscure cold case or fake his death!!!!
Also, with Izuku's new skills and physique enhancements, training, and gate clearing responsibilities, he shouldn't have been exposed any longer to people from his past (especially bullies & Quirkests), with his mother and sister immediately and discreetly relocated to a secured family residences for their safety and Izuku and his team can concentrate and focus on their tasks!!! It sounds like Izuku and the guy with the grandparents he wants to take care of better just randomly leave their homes for hours/days without notification to family only to return looking like they are for the streets or joined a gang or coven!!!! If Izuku and his team were homeless/runaways, that would be fine, but since that isn't the case his government should have provided him an alibi and not just everyone will know about gates , Hunters, how Quirked Heroes are useless defeating a gate , so that's when your mother will find out what you have been doing......from a news report!?!? Ridiculous, please do better going forward with future parts or series🧐🤔🙂😅
