Went into the hospital recently over some intense stomach related pain. It sucked. But I can't even imagine the hell it must have been to have your stomach literally melted through. That poor girl 😢
That last story just made me even more paranoid of going to hospitals than before... Even the hospital staff are kept in the dark so there's no way to know if you're being used as an involuntary test subject for some horrific experiment! Despairge
Completely the hospitals fault on the first one, I get that they couldn't save the son in time without the info of a bite but if you plan to use those organs for other patients you MUST confirm that it's safe.
The thing about diseases and organ transplants isn't actually true. There is just a severe shortage of available organs to transplant and they have been loosening restrictions to compensate. I'm personally banned from donating blood, plasma, or being on the organ donation list because I have severe egg allergies and it has been determined the allergy is inheritable through donation.
my stomach feels uncomfortable just hearing that story about the liquid nitrogen. i've always wanted to try a fancy dessert or drink with it just for the experience but uh.. perhaps we humble ourselves a bit and don't mix the dangerous chemicals with food purely for aesthetics
