Love this game and franchise even if it ends on a bit of a whimper. Also interesting how it's one of the few games where the villians win and get off nearly scott free even with all the deaths and millions of dollars lost as no one knows about their involvement in the mess

Came from Khuckcast suggestion. Will be staying due to the lore dives. Love the work. Fear as a franchise was one I had a passing interest in, but now I should replay the games thanks to this video.
Cheers for doing this mate. This was a fascinating series. It revamped and re-worked the concept of either 'psychological horror' or 'survival military horror'. It was a series where it wasn't just some shoot-em-up where you thought you were running around like some Duke Nukem type person. You were a soldier with a long-buried secret, trying to not only survive the absolute psychological pummeling you were getting from a 10 year old girl, but were also uncovering the dark secrets of ATC and what heinous acts they got up to. They'd rival Murkoff from the Outlast series easily, only they experimented on a child. Hard to know which is worse really lol.
@ yeah of course it's possible. but they could make fear 4 if they were that competent. but honestly I wonder how far the lithtech would go with just remastering the graphics. speaking of remasters/remakes and lithttech, no one lives forever should get a treatment. in that one the ai isn't really as important but copying the style would be.

Armacham Technology was a weapons developer with a military program: an army of clone troopers subordinate to a commander who controlled them using telepathy. Paxton Fettel uses his telepathic abilities to take control of a battalion of clone troopers. Fortunately, to stop an armed conflict, it is enough to eliminate the commander - after this the clones will cease to act and will be absolutely safe. And finding Vettel won’t be difficult: he has a sensor implanted in his head that gives away his location. He will not have any protection; one of the conditions of the program is the safety of the commander; he does not fight along with the rest of the soldiers, but only controls them at a considerable distance. The protagonist of the game is the new operative officer “F. E.A.R.”

I would love to see this series remade, the 1st and 2nd especially. Where my F.E.A.R fans at
it just needs a remaster. if a new team tried to remake the ai etc, they would 100% mess it up.
@lasskinn474 depends. Look at Motives remake of Dead Space w the frost engine. It just needs a dedicated team who actually care (which is rare)
