@@bobbyevans7975 Hey Mr. Evans......I may be a bit late to the party but? after seeing your inquiry? I did an internet search for a GM 4L80E Transmission Repair Fixture and there are plenty on the internet. Many fixtures bolt right to a current engine stand and fit transmissions that have service hole bosses that are between 8 3/4" and 9" apart. I'm sure LT and many others will agree.......buying the "cheapest" fixture may not be the best! The last thing you want is your built 4L80 hitting the floor or worse. Surf around and shop for the best deal....just not the cheapest! Hope this helps.

It’s definitely different seeing you work out of a garage versus an airplane hanger work space but your content is just as solid and without all of the in show advertisements. Keep up the great work and I’ll keep watching and liking.

Your ugly truck project has inspired me to dabble with my 8100 and stop putting money into my blown l33 blazer extreme. I'm thinking an over driver centrifugal with adjustable cold side waste gate. The new intake from raylar would be the perfect addition for this.

If you looking for a good machine shop in SLC Valley, South Valley Machine (Sandy) is located by the Real stadium and the other Hunter Machine (West Valley). Both are easy to find/lookup... There are other shops, but these are the ones I have had success with. Good luck can't wait to see the finished product! It's going to be badass!

Im glad you went with the 8.8l engine. It was meant to go in school busses with a natural gas or propane fuel source.

I’m glad you decided to stick with the L18 platform. I had misunderstood you when you said you were going a different route and figured you were ditching the 8.1 and going with a more traditional GEN5 BBC set up because it would be more cost-effective.
I had told myself there is probably no reason to keep watching your channel anymore. I was wrong and it’s good to see that you’re teamed up with Raylar.

glad you stuck around! Everything is at the machine shop now, and when it comes back, we'll start on assembling this monster.
