Angina pectoris is the medical term for chest pain or discomfort due to coronary heart disease. It occurs when the heart muscle doesn't get as much blood as it needs. This usually happens because one or more of the heart's arteries is narrowed or blocked, also called ischemia.
Angina usually causes uncomfortable pressure, fullness, squeezing or pain in the centre of the chest. You may also feel discomfort in your neck, jaw, shoulder, back or arm.
Angina often occurs when the heart muscle itself needs more blood than it is getting, for example, during times of physical activity or strong emotions. Severely narrowed arteries may allow enough blood to reach the heart when the demand for oxygen is low, such as when you're sitting. But, with physical exertion-like walking up a hill or climbing stairs-the heart works harder and needs more oxygen.
Classification of Antianginal Drugs-
1- Organic nitrate
2- Beta-blocker
3- Calcium channel blocker
4- Pottasium channel opener
5- Sodium channel blocker

Respected sir ,,,mujhe ye janna hai ki digoxin ki mechanism of action kya hoti hai ...and ye below pulse rate 60 par kyu administer nhi karte ...according to me ye ek dysrrythmic drug hoti hai ...jo pulse rate ko kam karne ke liye di jati hai...agar pulse 60 se kam hogi to isse administer karne se pulse aur bhi kam ho jayegi ...
smile please We have expalin the detail mechanism of it under Congestive heart failure. Please watch that seriese for proper answer. Thank you.

@@solutionpharmacy okk sir thnk u sir
Sir please explain in English
✨
🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Sir can I get your no. ??
I have a 100 students batch in a university who would like to study pharmacology maybe you can provide them lectures , everything will be arranged and rest we will talk on phone .
Thank you. We have uploaded all videos in channel. Please mail me at solutionpharmacy@gmail.com i will share
Pak jate hai plz
Aapko kisi ne jabarjasti nahi kia hai sir. Kyu bewajah pakte hain. Video close kar dijiyega ya to open hi na kare. Koi improvement ka suggestion ho to pakka follow karunga par dusre se compare karke uske jaisa nahi banna. Jo students aur hai unko sikhna hoga to dekhnege aur jisko bor ya pakna ho wo na dekhe. Ek students ko lekar nhi sabko le kar chalna hai. Maine iske upar sabka opinion pahle,hi le chuka hu
Sir ji plz itni lambi video mat kheecho
Mai “keench” nhi raha jo jarurat hai wo add kar raha hu. Aap chahe to skip kar dia kare jab aap na sunba chahe.
@@solutionpharmacy esa lagta hai to ek bar speed pharmacology ke video dekh le kaise video banane hai pata chal jayega😉
@@solutionpharmacy 5 video ki max 12-15 min rakhe aisa ho to
Dekh ke plz reply kijiyega😊
@@Rahul31102 Respected sir. Mujhe pata hai mujhe kaise videos banae hain. Mujhe kisi aur channel ko dekh ke uske jaisa banne ki jarurat nahi hai. Aapke liye koi restriction nahi hai, aap usi channel ko dekhiye jo aapko pasnad aata ho. Thnak you.
thank u so much sir
