Al Capone was actually made by NY boss Joseph Masseria, and at a time Capone was considered one of Masseria’s Capo’s

Red, I didn’t get to catch your stream live, but I watch them all and appreciate all the amazing firsthand information you provide. I’ve always had a few specific questions regarding topics you’ve covered before.
The first, is the Chop Shop Wars… I’ve never gotten a clear understanding as to why the Outfit administration allowed/tolerated an ongoing war between two of their members, Catuara and Tocco? Was one of them off the reservation and doing their own thing against the Outfit administrations wishes? It seems odd if that were the case, that the Outfit wouldn’t put more resources towards supporting their chosen man and ending things swiftly as opposed to allowing these back and forth murders to go on. I assume they would have whistled in Jimmy or Albert and ended it with their words or a gun. Did the Outfit leadership not care who won? Did the Outfit leadership support either side?
I read that the last chop shop murder was Monk Chorak, an associate who belonged to Joey Lombardo, the article mentioned Tocco and Lombardo were also rivals. Was that true? And if so, with Lombardo having some pull in the Outfit, why didn’t the leadership kill Tocco?
My last question is related to the adult bookstore business, particularly in South Bend, Indiana - where some chop shop war murders took place as well. In addition in Calabrese Jr’s book he mentions doing pick ups from a porn shop in nearby Mishawaka, Indiana. I was wondering if you had any general knowledge of those cities involvement with the Outfit or had any dealings out there in Indiana yourself?
    Thanks!

I think a big chunk of Tony S's problems came from chasing skirt. Gotta put business before Broads.
Other than that he sounds like a helluva Guy.

I'd be nervous going out for a drink with those guys you never know when they're going to turn on you, they said they get your best friend to kill you. It seems like it's such a paranoid life I don't see what the allure of that life is.

Here's a question for you red if you had the opportunity would you buy Tony spilatro's Las Vegas home or Joe Lombardo's Chicago home?? Second part to the question the people that do own them homes do you think they bought them partially because they used to belong to those guys??
